ボルト(1)の軸上に正ネジ(2)を切り、これに重ねて逆ネジ(3)を切る。このボルト(1)を締結部材(10)のボルト穴に通しワッシャー(4)を入れ本締ナット(5)を本締する。その上に皿バネワッシャー(6)を重ね逆締ナット(7)を皿バネワッシャー(6)が撓むまで締めこむ。その後、逆締ナット(7)を増し締めしながら、逆締ナット(7)の外周側面を本締ナット(5)の外周側面にあわせる。その後、逆締ナット(7)と本締ナット(5)の回転が連動する様にシリンダー(8)を装着する。シリンダー(8)の頂部は、6枚の板バネ(9)に加工しその円形開口の直径を正ネジ(2)の外径より小さくしネジ山に食い込む様にする。これにより、シリンダー(8)は、ワンタッチで押し込み装着できるが、抜け落ちない。シリンダー(8)の回転は、時計回り反時計回り共制限されているので、シリンダー(8)自体が回転して抜け落ちる事も無い。シリンダー(8)の内部は、ナット(5)(7)が丁度入る大きさとし、形は、ナット(5)(7)と同じく6角形にする。
締結完了後逆締ナット(7)が振動等により緩もうとすると逆締ナット(7)は上から見て時計回りに回転する。この回転はシリンダー(8)を介して本締ナット(5)に伝達される。本締ナット(5)が時計回りに回転すると、本締ナット(5)は締め込まれる。だが、本締ナット(5)は、既に適正に締められているので時計回りには、回転しない。ゆえに逆締ナット(7)は緩まない。本締ナット(5)が緩もうとすると、本締ナット(5)は上から見て反時計回りに回転する。この回転はシリンダー(8)を介して逆締ナット(7)に伝達される。逆締ナット(7)を反時計回りに回転させると、逆締ナット(7)は締め込まれる。逆締ナット(7)は皿バネワッシャー(6)を介して本締ナット(5)を押し付け本締ナット(5)が緩むのを防止する。本締ナット(5)に衝撃が加えられて、この押付力の限界を超えて本締ナット(5)が緩む場合、皿バネワッシャー(6)は、両ナットに挟まれて圧縮され、変形するが、皿バネワッシャー(6)が限界まで圧縮されると両ナットの反時計回りの回転は完全にロックされる。故に、本締ナット(5)は、緩まない。衝撃が本締ナット(5)に加わった時、この皿バネワッシャー(6)は、緩衝吸収材としての働きも期待できる。
また、本締ナット(5)が固定の状態で、ボルト(1)の方が緩む場合、ボルト(1)は上から見て時計回りに回転する。ボルト(1)の時計回りの回転は、本締ナット(5)が固定の状態なので逆締ナット(7)を下方へ引き締めるが、逆締ナット(7)は本締ナット(5)と皿バネワッシャー(6)によって下方への動きが制限されているのでボルト(1)は時計回りに回転する事ができない。故にボルト(1)は、緩まない。
本発明は、以上のような構造である。
本発明を応用し、ボルトに切る正ネジ逆ネジのそれぞれのネジ山の形、大きさ、ネジを切る範囲を変えて組み合わせる事により様々な用途に適した緩まないボルトとナットを提供できる。アンカーボルトの様にコンクリートに埋め込まれており交換が出来ない場合にも、その余長部に逆ネジを切り皿バネワッシャー(6)、逆締ナット(7)、シリンダー(8)を取り付けて緩まないボルトとナットに改造する事ができる。Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described.
