Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of anti-loose fasteners, in particular to a nut, an anti-loose nut structure and an anti-loose thread pair.
Background
The existing double-nut friction anti-loosening structure is characterized in that two nuts with the same rotation direction are abutted to outer threads of the same bolt and are twisted to generate abutting force between the two nuts, so that a main nut and a spring pad at the bottom generate friction and generate friction with an auxiliary nut on the upper surface, the double friction achieves the pre-tightening effect, and the phenomenon of loosening can still occur after violent vibration.
For this reason, prior art CN204493402U provides a locknut structure, which includes a flat nut and a slanting nut. One end face of the inclined nut is an inclined face, an included angle is formed between the inclined face and a vertical line of a thread hole axis of the inclined nut, the flat nut and the inclined nut are sequentially installed on the bolt, and the matching contact faces of the two nuts comprise the inclined face and are sequentially screwed down. The inclined plane is not perpendicular to the axis of the bolt, the upper part of the inclined plane generates a certain bending moment to the bolt, and the anti-loosening effect is enhanced by the bending moment. This case has the following disadvantages: 1. because the main nut and the auxiliary nut, one is a flat nut and the other is an inclined nut, after the main nut and the auxiliary nut are pre-tightened on the same bolt, the contact plane and the inclined plane are in overall contact, and the situation that a screw rod of the bolt is bent to one side at the overall contact surface cannot be avoided; 2. the bolt is bent, so that the bolt can be used only once and cannot be reused; 3. because the bolt is deformed and bent by the screwed thread between the two nuts, the nut with the downward bent part cannot be disassembled, and the nut can be used only once; 4. the bevel nut is complicated in bevel processing by a die or a cutting means, and is high in cost because materials are wasted; 5. because the screw rod of the bolt is bent, the yield strength and the tensile strength of the bolt are greatly reduced, and the bolt can be subjected to yield fracture from the bent part of the screw rod during severe vibration; 6. because the respective shafts of the flat nut and the inclined nut are respectively coaxial with the bolt shaft of the section pre-tightened by the flat nut and the inclined nut, namely, each thread tooth of the flat nut and each thread tooth of the inclined nut are respectively parallel to the thread tooth surface of the bolt of the section to be screwed, one surface of each thread tooth is contacted and stretched, the axis of the nut and the axis of the bolt are coaxial, and when the nut vibrates on the screw and freely moves, the nut easily vibrates, rotates back and loosens on the outer thread of the screw without friction force.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the proposal aims to provide a nut, a locknut structure and a lockthread pair thereof, which have reliable locknut and low cost and can be repeatedly used.
The present case a nut, including ordinary nut, or lock nut, the periphery is hexagon, or square, and there is the round hole in the center, and the inboard of round hole is threaded, and the screw hole axle is coaxial with the bolt axle, the ring plane at nut both ends with the screw hole axle is perpendicular, its characterized in that:
the common nut or the circular ring plane at one end of the locknut is provided with a fixed salient point;
the salient points and the common nut or the locknut are homogeneous and fixed into a whole.
Furthermore, the height of the salient point is at least 1/10-1 times of the thread pitch of the internal thread of the screw hole of the common nut or the locknut; the radial length of the bottom area of the salient points is not less than 1/2 times of the pitch of the internal threads.
Further, the cross section of the salient point perpendicular to the height thereof is of an arbitrary shape.
Further, the cross section of the salient point, which is perpendicular to the height of the salient point, is in any shape of circle, ellipse, rectangle, trapezoid, triangle or prism.
Further, the convex points are fixedly connected with the plane of the circular ring, or the convex points are formed by cold heading with a common nut or a die integrated with a locknut; or welded as one; or are bonded into a whole by glue; or the circular ring plane at one end of the nut is drilled and assembled with the small screw into a whole through the inner screw thread.
Furthermore, the common nut is a fixing tool, the center of the common nut is provided with a hole, the inner side of the hole is provided with threads, the periphery of the hole is provided with symmetrical regular hexagonal edges or square edges, the regular hexagonal edges or the square edges are in threaded connection with external threads of bolts with the same specification through the threads on the inner side of the round hole, a fastened piece A and a fastened piece B are fastened between the bolt head and the common nut in a threaded mode, and the two ends of the common nut are provided with circular ring planes which are parallel to each other and perpendicular to a screw hole axis.
Furthermore, the locknut comprises a nut body and an annular elastic locking sheet, wherein the annular elastic locking sheet is arranged at the upper end of the nut body and is of an integral structure with the nut body, and the annular elastic locking sheet is bent towards the inner side of the screw thread of the nut body and forms an annular channel with the nut body; the inner diameter of the annular elastic locking piece is smaller than that of the internal thread part of the nut body, or the annular elastic locking piece and the internal thread part of the nut body are slightly staggered axially or radially.
Furthermore, the internal thread of the screw hole of the common nut is provided with a coating, and the coating is coated with rubber or non-setting adhesive substances and is used for increasing the friction force between the nut and the bolt.
The nut has a better anti-loosening effect if matched with the existing anti-loosening nut, and is mainly used for preventing loosening; when the nut is in a free loosening state, the nut is prevented from moving freely by the conventional anti-loosening nut, the nut is temporarily fixed, and the nut is waited for the next period of vibration fastening, so that the anti-loosening effect is better!
The locknut structure comprises
A main nut for screwing the fixed end of the bolt,
the auxiliary nut is screwed on the fixed end of the bolt and positioned outside the main nut,
the external thread of the screw rod of the bolt is used for coaxially screwing the internal thread of the main nut and the auxiliary nut,
the method is characterized in that:
one of the main nut and the auxiliary nut is a common nut, or the other one of the locknut and the auxiliary nut is the nut;
when the nut is a main nut, the salient points of the nut are fixed on the circular plane at one end of the main nut, and the top points of the salient points are in contact with the spiral point of the circular plane at one end of the auxiliary nut screwed on the bolt;
when the nut is an auxiliary nut, the salient point of the nut is fixed on the circular plane at one end of the auxiliary nut, and the vertex of the salient point is in contact with the spiral point of the circular plane at one end of the main nut screwed on the bolt;
when the peak of the convex point on one nut is in contact with the circular plane spiral point at one end of the other nut, the main nut utilizes the gap between the auxiliary nut internal thread and the bolt external thread to enable the auxiliary nut internal thread surface and the bolt external thread surface to be inclined due to the effect of the peak of the convex point on one nut, the auxiliary nut is clamped by rotating in a one-way mode in the loosening direction, the peak of the convex point blocks the main nut, the main nut can only be screwed and cannot be loosened, and the effect of stopping and loosening is achieved;
or the main nut and the auxiliary nut are twisted together with a certain pretightening force, and the main nut and the auxiliary nut are engaged tightly in a bidirectional spiral manner by the locknut structure and fixed on the screw rod of the bolt, so that the locknut structure is formed.
The anti-loosening thread pair comprises
One end of the bolt is a bolt head, and the other end of the bolt is a fixed end;
the locknut structure is arranged at the fixed end of the bolt;
a fastened piece A and a fastened piece B are mounted and fastened between the bolt head and the locknut structure;
in some modes, a main flat washer or a main elastic washer is respectively arranged between the locknut structure and the fastened piece A, and the main flat washer is positioned between the main elastic washer and the fastened piece A;
in some modes, no main flat washer or no main elastic washer is arranged between the locknut structure and the fastened piece A.
The anti-loosening principle of the invention is as follows: improvement on the basis of ordinary two nuts to the top screw, at any point of the ring plane contact surface between ordinary two nuts, utilize the clearance between auxiliary nut internal thread and the bolt external screw thread, make auxiliary nut internal thread face and bolt external thread face, originally two flanks of parallel spiral meshing fall to one side, cross for the mutual slope, pry each other, the effect of spiral lateral force, the pine moves back the direction and stings, tensile, make the frictional force between auxiliary nut internal thread and the bolt external thread face increase suddenly, thereby make the bump is the fixed point for the bolt, can not the rotating, when main nut moves back, the auxiliary nut is withstood to the bump, has increased the lateral force of auxiliary nut more, reaches locking purpose, thereby makes main nut screw tighten, and can not be to the direction rotating of pine. If the main nut and the auxiliary nut are twisted on the screw rod of the bolt, the main nut, the auxiliary nut and the bolt are coaxially, tightly and firmly bound into a whole, and the bolt cannot rotate backwards.
Only after the auxiliary nut is loosened by tools such as a spanner, the salient point can be far away from the main nut or the auxiliary nut, the main nut can be loosened again, the bolt can be disassembled finally, the bolt is drawn out from the screw hole of the fastened piece, and the auxiliary nut can be repeatedly disassembled, assembled and disassembled for use.
In summary, the nut, the locknut structure and the lockthread pair thereof have the following advantages:
1. the invention is based on the existing fastener, and has strong universality;
2. the anti-loosening nut structure comprises three or more parts, can be used upside down on the screw rod, and can meet the actual requirement;
3. the scheme has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in processing and production and low cost;
4. the scheme is convenient to install and operate, and does not need special tools;
5. the anti-loosening performance is good, when the auxiliary nut is fastened, the main nut can only be tightened but not loosened, and the main nut does not loosen slightly after vibration;
6. compared with the most similar prior art CN204493402U, the anti-loose structure and the principle of the scheme are completely different from the anti-loose structure principle, the using effect and the processing technology of the anti-loose structure and the principle of the auxiliary nut in the prior art, the auxiliary nut, the main nut and the bolt are still the same axis after being installed, the upper circular ring plane of the main nut and the lower circular ring plane of the auxiliary nut are not in direct contact but form an angle with each other, after being fully pre-tightened, the anti-loose structure and the principle are gapped, and the tops of the salient points are in direct contact. When the bolt bears the pre-tightening tension, a small amount of lateral force is borne, the main nut, the auxiliary nut and the bolt are fixed into a whole, a shaft of the bolt is not bent after the bolt is used, the yield strength and the tensile strength are not influenced, after the bolt is pre-tightened, the main nut, the auxiliary nut and the bolt are relatively fastened into a whole, and the bolt cannot loosen at all, so that the anti-loosening reliability is high, all original accessories are not damaged in the use process, the anti-loosening nut is easy to disassemble and can be repeatedly used, the structure is simple, the processing technology is simple, only one welding spot is provided, and the processing cost is very low.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples:
the nut 1 can be applied to various opposite-top anti-loose nut structures 11 and anti-loose thread pairs 13.
In fig. 1 to 8, a nut 1 includes a conventional common nut 25, or a nut mold with a cavity cold heading process is used on a circular ring plane 12 at one end of a conventional locknut 21, and salient points 8 are pressed on the circular ring plane 12 at one end of the conventional locknut 21 or the conventional common nut 25; or welding fixed salient points 8 on the circular ring plane 12 by using welding wires or welding rods made of the same material; or the salient points 8 are fixed on the circular ring plane 12 by gluing; or a hole is drilled on the annular plane 12 at one end of the nut, and the salient point 8 is assembled and fixed by an inner screw thread and a small screw. The height of the salient points 8 on the circular ring plane 12 is at least 1/10-1 times of the pitch of the internal thread 6 of the screw hole 14 of the existing common nut 25 or the existing locknut 21; the cross section of the salient point 8 perpendicular to the height is of any shape, the radial length of the area is not less than 1/2 times of the pitch of the internal thread 6, or the cross section is circular, or elliptical, or rectangular, or trapezoidal, or triangular, or prismatic.
A nut 1 has a coating 29 on its internal thread 6, the coating 29 is made of rubber or non-drying adhesive material, and is used to increase the friction between nut and bolt and prevent the auxiliary nut 3 from loosening freely when vibrating.
In fig. 5 to 8, the conventional locknut 21 includes a nut body 16 and an annular elastic locking piece 18, wherein the annular elastic locking piece 18 is arranged at the upper end of the nut body 16 and is integrated with the nut body 16; the annular elastic locking piece 18 is bent towards the inner side of the thread of the nut body 16 and forms an annular channel 17 with the nut body 16; the inner diameter of the annular elastic locking piece 18 is smaller than the inner diameter of the threaded part of the nut body 16, or the annular elastic locking piece 18 and the threaded part of the nut body 16 are slightly axially or radially staggered. The limit step combination 26 consists of more than one semicircular step; the strip-shaped cut 19 or the concave indentation 20 is provided with more than 1.
In fig. 3, the anti-loose nut structure 11 of the present invention is formed by screwing the internal threads 6 of the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 3 on the external threads 7 of the screw 5 in opposite directions, the two nuts can exchange two nut positions, and the salient point 8 is located between the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 1. The anti-loose thread pair 13 comprises a bolt 4, a nut anti-loose structure 11, a main flat cushion figure 27 or a main elastic washer 28, wherein a convex point 8 is arranged on a circular ring plane 12 at the lower end of an auxiliary nut 3 to form the nut 1 of the invention, a fixed end 10 of the bolt 4 is inserted into a fastened piece B23, a fastened piece A22, a main flat washer 27, a main elastic washer 28 and a screw hole 14 of a main nut 2 and is screwed up according to preset torque, the auxiliary nut 3 is screwed up on an exposed external thread 7 of the bolt 4, the auxiliary nut 3 is the nut 1 with the convex point 8 of the invention, when a convex point 24 of the convex point 8 on the circular ring plane 12 at one end of the auxiliary nut 3 is contacted with the circular ring plane 12 on the main nut 2, a certain pre-tightening torque is applied to ensure that an internal thread of the nut 1 formed by the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 3 with the convex point 8 is fixed on the external thread 7 of the bolt 4 tightly, the bolt 4, the main nut 2, the auxiliary nut 3, the main flat washer 27, the main elastic washer 28, the fastened member 22 and the fastened member 23 are firmly fastened together. After main nut 2, supplementary nut 3 pretension respectively, owing to the effect of separating of adding of bump 8, utilize the clearance 33 of assisting between 3 internal threads 6 of nut and the 4 external threads 7 of bolt, make and assist 3 internal threads 6 of nut and fall to one side on the external threads 7 of screw rod 5, and main nut 2 can just not contact with the nut body 16 of assisting nut 3 and gapped, make and assist nut 3 and fall to one side fully, lock and die on the external threads 7 of screw rod 5, can not retreat and turn.
In fig. 4, the main nut 2 is a nut 1 according to the present invention, the auxiliary nut 3 is a normal nut 25, the protruding points 8 are disposed between the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 3 and integrated with the main nut 2, the auxiliary nut 3 or the internal threads 6 are provided with a coating 29 for preventing the auxiliary nut 3 from loosening freely, and other structures have the same principle as that described in fig. 3.
In fig. 8, the nut body 16 of the auxiliary nut 3 is one of the existing locknuts 21, the circular ring plane 12 at the lower end of the auxiliary nut 3 is provided with the salient points 8, so as to form the nut 1 of the present invention, the locknut 21 of the auxiliary nut 3 is used for preventing the auxiliary nut 3 from being loosened freely, and other installation structures and principles are the same as those in fig. 3 and are not repeated.
A main flat washer 27 or a main elastic washer 28 is respectively arranged between the locknut structure 11 and the fastened piece A22, and the main flat washer 27 is positioned between the main elastic washer 28 and the fastened piece A22; or no gasket is arranged; the main elastic washer 28 is either an existing open circular spring washer, an existing conical disc-shaped elastic washer, an existing spherical disc-shaped elastic washer or any one of the existing elastic washers.
The main elastic washer 28, the main flat washer 27, the common nut 25, the locknut 21 and the bolt 4 are all the existing mature technologies, and the structure, the working principle, the material, the specification and the selecting method thereof should be mastered by the ordinary technicians in the field, and the description thereof will not be repeated here.
The three mounting modes respectively correspond to different nut thicknesses, thread arrangement modes, different materials and different specifications, the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 3, namely the nut with the salient points 8 or the existing nut, and the three mounting modes are mounted to achieve the same anti-loosening purpose, but only one salient point 8 is designed on the upper annular plane 12 of the main nut 2; one is designed on the lower annular flat 12 of the auxiliary nut 3 and functions as such.
Experiments prove that: when the main nut 2 is retreated, the auxiliary nut 3 is spirally and obliquely arranged on the external thread 7 of the screw rod 5 of the bolt 4 through the convex point 8, the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 3 are bidirectionally locked if the main nut 2 and the auxiliary nut 3 are screwed down by using a certain torque with variable or small magnitude, and the auxiliary nut 3 and the main nut 2 cannot be loosened.
The nut 1 is formed by fixing a convex point 8 on a circular plane 12 at one end of an existing common nut 25 or an existing locknut 21, the convex point 8 is made of stainless steel, carbon steel, manganese steel, alloy steel, iron, copper and other metals which are the same as the nut, and the nut, locknut structure and lockthread pair formed by the convex point 8 are used in the vibration locking and fastening fields of railways, bridges, mines, aviation, aerospace, navigation, iron towers, wind power, nuclear power, vehicles, vibration machines, facilities and the like.
The nut can be simply called as a 'screw nut with a point' for convenience and intuition, is more definite and clear, can be distinguished from other nuts, and is convenient for communication.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and not for limiting the same; although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that; modifications to the embodiments of the present disclosure, or equivalent substitutions for some features, may be made without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure, which should be considered to be within the scope of the claims.
