Claims (3)
- 先鋭状の先端部を有する、シリコンで形成された針模型をシリコン基板に固定するステップと、
前記シリコン基板の前記針模型を固定した面側に鋳型材料を堆積するステップと、
前記シリコン基板および前記針模型を除去するステップと
を備えることを特徴とする微細針を作製するための鋳型の製造方法。 - 前記シリコン基板の前記針模型を固定した面側に鋳型材料を堆積するステップは、
前記シリコン基板の前記針模型を固定した面側に電極層を形成するステップと、
前記電極層を利用して、前記鋳型材料を堆積するステップと
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の微細針を作製するための鋳型の製造方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の微細針を作製するための鋳型の製造方法により製造された鋳型に、針材料を充填して微細針を作製することを特徴とする微細針の作製方法。
