試験例1 水稲の播種時覆土前処理によるイネに対する生育試験
水稲育苗箱(30cm×60cm)の播種前覆土前に供試粒剤組成物を100g/育苗箱の割合で処理し、湿籾(品種:ヒノヒカリ)を160g播種した。育苗器(終日30℃)で3日間発芽させた後、屋外に移動させて育苗を行い、播種1週間後にイネ(処理区)の草丈を測定した。一方、粒剤組成物を処理しない以外は前記と同様に播種及び育苗を行ったイネ(無処理区)の草丈を測定した(2連制)。処理区の草丈と無処理区の草丈とを下記式(A)により対比して生育率(%)を算出し、下記の判定基準に従い生育状況を評価した。その結果を、表1に示す。
