Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも複合磁性粒子1を含有する圧粉磁心であって、前記複合磁性粒子1は、鉄を主成分とするコア粒子2と、前記コア粒子2上に形成された絶縁被膜層3と、を備え、前記絶縁被膜層3は、前記コア粒子2上に形成された内層3aと、前記内層3a上に形成された最外層3bと、を少なくとも有し、前記最外層3bが、酸化鉄を含む。

Description
複合磁性粒子1は、鉄を主成分とするコア粒子2と、このコア粒子2の表面上に形成された絶縁被膜層3とを備え、絶縁被膜層3は、内層3aと、その外側に形成された最外層3bとを有し、最外層3bが、酸化鉄を含む。したがって、複合磁性粒子1は、コア粒子2が、少なくとも内層3aと最外層3bから構成される絶縁被膜層3とによって被覆された、多層コーティング粒子となっている。
まず、鉄を主成分とする軟磁性粒子及びその表面に形成された絶縁膜を有するコア粒子として、絶縁膜付き純鉄(ヘガネスAB社製、商品名:Somaloy700、平均粒径約200μm)を準備した。次に、アルミニウムイソプロポキシドとジルコニウムテトラノルマルプロポキシドをトルエンに溶かした溶液、及び鉄(III)アセチルアセトナートをトルエンに溶かした溶液を作製した。続いて、絶縁膜付き純鉄に、前記Alアルコキシド溶液、Zrアルコキシド溶液をそれぞれ軟磁性粉に含まれるFe原子量に対してAl原子量で0.0035mol%の割合で、Zr原子量で0.0035mol%の割合で塗布し、加熱乾燥した。続いて、前記Fe錯体溶液を軟磁性粉に含まれるFe原子量に対してFe原子量で0.01mol%の割合で更に塗布し、加熱乾燥し、原料粉(軟磁性材料)を作製した。
まず、鉄を主成分とする軟磁性粒子及びその表面に形成された絶縁膜を有するコア粒子として、絶縁膜付き純鉄(ヘガネスAB社製、商品名:Somaloy700、平均粒径約200μm)を準備した。次に、アルミニウムイソプロポキシドをトルエンに溶かした溶液、及び鉄(III)アセチルアセトナートをトルエンに溶かした溶液を作製した。続いて、絶縁膜付き純鉄に、前記Alアルコキシド溶液、前記Fe錯体溶液をそれぞれ軟磁性粉に含まれるFe原子量に対してAl原子量で0.0035mol%の割合で、Fe原子量で0.02mol%の割合で塗布し、加熱乾燥した。その後、前記Fe錯体溶液を軟磁性粉に含まれるFe原子量に対してFe原子量で0.01mol%の割合で更に塗布し、加熱乾燥し、原料粉(軟磁性材料)を作製した。

まず、鉄を主成分とする軟磁性粒子及びその表面に形成された絶縁膜を有するコア粒子として、絶縁膜付き純鉄(ヘガネスAB社製、商品名:Somaloy700、平均粒径約200μm)を準備した。次に、アルミニウムイソプロポキシドをトルエンに溶かしたAlアルコキシド溶液と、ジルコニウムテトラノルマルプロポキシドをトルエンに溶かしたZrアルコキシド溶液をそれぞれ作製した。続いて、絶縁膜付き純鉄に、前記Alアルコキシド溶液と前記Zrアルコキシド溶液をそれぞれ軟磁性粉に含まれるFe原子量に対してAl原子量で0.075mol%、Zr原子量で0.075mol%の割合で塗布し、加熱乾燥し、原料粉(軟磁性材料)を作製した。
磁気特性の評価としてBHアナライザー(IWASTU製SY−8258)を用いて1kHz、1Tでの鉄損及び透磁率を測定した。また、圧粉コアに巻線を巻きつけ(一次巻線:50ts、二次巻線:10ts)、直流磁化特性試験装置(メトロン技研社製SK110)により直流磁場中のヒステリシス曲線を測定し、磁場8000A/mでの磁束密度の値を求めた。圧環強度は抗折強度試験器(AIKOH ENGINEERING社製1311D)により、トロイダルコアの強度を測定した。電気抵抗率はトロイダルコアの両端側面を研磨してIn−Gaペーストを塗って端子電極を形成し、端子間の抵抗値をTSURUGA製(MODEL3569 or MODEL3568)で測定後、下記式に基づいて棒状試料の電気抵抗率に換算した。
電気抵抗率=(20.343×実測値)+418.92
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも複合磁性粒子を含有する圧粉磁心であって、
前記複合磁性粒子は、鉄を主成分とするコア粒子と、前記コア粒子上に形成された絶縁被膜層と、を備え、
前記絶縁被膜層は、前記コア粒子上に形成された内層と、前記内層上に形成された最外層と、を少なくとも有し、
前記最外層が、酸化鉄を主成分として含む、
圧粉磁心。 - 前記コア粒子は、鉄を主成分とする軟磁性粒子、及び前記軟磁性粒子の表面に形成された絶縁膜を有する、
請求項1に記載の圧粉磁心。 - 前記コア粒子の前記絶縁膜は、リン酸鉄を含む、
請求項2に記載の圧粉磁心。 - 前記内層は、酸化鉄と、少なくとも1種以上の非鉄金属の酸化物と、を含む、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧粉磁心。 - 前記非鉄金属として、アルミニウム、ジルコニウム、シリコン、チタン、マグネシウム、クロム、マンガン、ナトリウム、リチウム、亜鉛、バリウム、及びセシウムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、
請求項4に記載の圧粉磁心。 - 前記絶縁被膜層の膜厚の合計が、50nm以上1.5μm以下である、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の圧粉磁心。
