Abstract
【解決手段】メインベース部、メインベース部の両側でメインベース部の面に対して垂直方向に延長された第1及び第2延長部、第1及び第2延長部にメインベース部の中心方向にそれぞれ延長された第1及び第2補助ベース部を含むケースと、メインベース部、第1及び第2延長部及び第1及び第2補助ベース部がお互いに構造的に連結されて形成されたガイド溝に安着された基板と、基板の長さ方向に基板の一面に配置された複数の発光素子と、基板の他面に配置された駆動ドライバー153aを含んで、駆動ドライバー153aが第1及び第2延長部に挿入されるように第1及び第2延長部のうちで少なくとも一つは、開口部を有する照明モジュール400。

Description
ケース200は、複数のフランジによって組み立てされてなされることができるが、一つの板形態で圧出成形されることが望ましい。前記ケース200はメインベース部210、第1及び第2延長部230a、230bと、第1及び第2補助ベース部250a、250bを含む。
支持板120は、ベース部121と第1及び第2部材123a、123b及び第3及び第4部材125a、125bを含み、このような支持板120は前記ケース200内側に配置されて前記ケースと接する。
一方、第1及び第2入力端子310a、310Bは、フレキシブル印刷回路(FPC:Flexible Printed Circuit(図示せず))を通じて第1及び第2光源部の駆動ドライバー153a、153bとそれぞれ電気的に連結される。このようなフレキシブル印刷回路は、支持板120の第1及び第2部材123a、123bに形成された開口部123a’、123b’を貫通して、前記駆動ドライバー153aと最短距離で電気的に連結される。
<反射板>
反射板130は、支持板120と対応する直四角板形状を有するボディー部131と、前記ボディー部131の両末端部で延長された屈曲部132と、を含む。
光源部150は、第1光源部150aと第2光源部150bを含むことができるが、何れか一つの光源部のみを有することができる。
導光板110は反射板130の形状と同じく直四角板形状を有する。
光励起フィルム170は、第1光励起フィルム170a、第2光励起フィルム170bを含むことができるし、それぞれは導光板110側面と第1光源部150a及び第2光源部150bとの間にそれぞれ配置されて、内部に多くの蛍光物質を含む。このような第1光励起フィルム170a、第2光励起フィルム170bは、第1光源部150a及び第2光源部150bで出射された光の波長一部を変換させて光の色を変換させることができる。
拡散板190は、導光板110から出射される光を拡散させて放出させるためにケース200内に挿入されて、導光板110下部に配置される。この時、拡散板190の両末端部は前記ケースの第1及び第2ガイド溝202a、202bに挿入される。

Claims (17)
- メインベース部、該メインベース部の両側で前記メインベース部の面に対して垂直方向に延長された第1及び第2延長部、前記第1及び第2延長部に前記メインベース部の中心方向にそれぞれ延長された第1及び第2補助ベース部を含むケースと、
前記メインベース部、第1及び第2延長部及び第1及び第2補助ベース部がお互いに構造的に連結されて形成されたガイド溝に安着された基板と、
前記基板の長さ方向に前記基板の一面に配置された複数の発光素子と、
前記基板の他面に配置された駆動ドライバーを含み、
前記駆動ドライバーが前記第1及び第2延長部に挿入されるように前記第1及び第2延長部のうちで少なくとも一つは開口部を有することを特徴とする照明モジュール。 - 前記開口部に挿入された駆動ドライバーは、前記ケース外側に露出して、前記開口部の外周と間隔を置いて設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記駆動ドライバーと前記開口部の外周との間の間隔は、最小2mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記基板は単一基板であり、前記複数の発光素子は、前記単一基板の一面に電気的に分離されて配置された第1発光素子グループと第2発光素子グループを含み、
前記駆動ドライバーは、前記第1発光素子グループと前記第2発光素子グループを分離駆動するための第1駆動ドライバー及び第2駆動ドライバーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちで何れか一つに記載の照明モジュール。 - 両末端が前記ガイド溝に挿入されて、前記光源部と光学的に結合される導光板をさらに含み、
前記第1及び第2補助ベース部は、前記導光板を支持する突出部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちで何れか一つに記載の照明モジュール。 - 前記導光板の長さ方向に垂直な前記導光板の側端部の面は、溝を有し、前記第1及び第2補助ベース部の突出部は、前記溝に連結されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記メインベース部は板形状を有して、
中央部が陥没された陥没部と前記陥没部の周辺に前記陥没部より高い縁部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のうちで何れか一つに記載の照明モジュール。 - 前記メインベース部は、前記縁部前、後側で前記縁部の一面に対して垂直方向に延長されたフランジを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記第1及び第2補助ベース部は、前記第1及び第2延長部の一面に対してそれぞれ鋭角を有し、前記第1及び第2延長部に延長されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のうちで何れか一つに記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記ケースの内側に前記メインベース部と接する支持板をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のうちで何れか一つに記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記支持板は、前記メインベース部の陥没部と接するベース部、該ベース部の縁部と接する第3及び第4部材、前記ベース部の両末端と前記第3及び第4部材をそれぞれ連結する第1及び第2部材を含み、
前記第1及び第2部材の末端部は開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の照明モジュール。 - 前記導光板は、該導光板に入射された光の経路を変換するか、または屈折させるレンズアレイが少なくとも一部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記レンズアレイは、所定のパターンを有する複数のレンズを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記複数のレンズの高さは非均一であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記レンズアレイのうちで一部領域のレンズ高さは、およそ0.15〜0.30mm範囲内であり、他の領域のレンズの高さ(sag)は、およそ0.40〜0.55mm範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のうちで何れか一つに記載の照明モジュール。
- 両末端が前記ガイド溝に挿入されて、前記導光板の上部に配置される反射板をさらに含み、
前記反射板の両末端で折曲されて、垂直方向に延長される屈曲部を有することを特徴とする請求項5、請求項12〜15のうちで何れか一つに記載の照明モジュール。 - 前記反射板の材質はフレキシブルであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の照明モジュール。
