Description
1.クロム酸陽極酸化(CAA) 非特許文献1に従ったクロム酸陽極酸化により、耐腐食性の陽極酸化層が提供される。同時に、クロム酸陽極酸化層の表面形態は、塗装される部品に用いられ得るような性状になる。被接着体は、陽極酸化の前に、クロム酸硫酸酸洗剤を利用する方法で処理される。通常の色塗装では、特定の酸化物構造を生じさせずFe(III)含有の酸洗剤を基にした酸洗剤で差し支えない。飛行機構造物においては、例えばエアバス社で現在用いられる全アルミニウム部品の約90%は、CAA層が備わっている。
対1)クロム酸塩を含む溶液槽がクロム酸陽極酸化(CAA)層を作るために用いられる;クロム酸塩は、発ガン性物質として分類されている。このように、この方法は、将来的な候補としては用いられない。
−本発明の利点は、全てのアルミニウム系列、例えば飛行機構造物で用いられるアルミニウム系列:AA 7XXX、AA 6XXX、AA 5XXX、AA 2XXX、及びAlLi合金を用いることができる点である。半製品としては、金属シート、板、鋳鉄合金、押出部材、及び鍛造部材が挙げられる。
−本発明の方法及び用いられる材料は、ガンを誘発するものでないか、又は、毒性を生じさせるものでない。
−予め調節した表面は、3つの機能を兼ね備える:即ち、耐腐食性、塗装の基質として適していること、及び、被着体を接着するための前処理として適していること。
−パラメータは、陽極酸化層の機能に沿って変えられ得る。
第1の観点では、本発明は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で構成される部材の表面において多機能の皮膜を形成する方法であって、次の事項を含む方法に関する:
a)希土類金属イオンを含む酸性溶液で部材の表面を処理し、該部材において第1の酸化物層を生成させ、そして、
b)硫酸含有水溶液の存在下で部材を電解槽の陽極として作用させることにより部材を陽極酸化して第2の酸化物層を得て、且つステップa)で得られた第1の酸化物層を保持する。

Claims (25)
- アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で作られた部材の表面で多機能の皮膜を形成する方法であって、
a)希土類金属イオンを含む酸性溶液で部材の表面を処理し、該部材で第1の酸化物層を生成させること、及び、
b)硫酸含有水溶液の存在下で部材を電解槽の陽極として作用させることにより部材を陽極酸化して第2の酸化物層を得て、且つステップa)で得られた第1の酸化物層を保持すること、
を有する方法。 - 前記希土類金属イオンがセリウム(IV)である請求項1記載の方法。
- ステップa)における前記酸性溶液の希土類金属イオン濃度が0.005から1mol/lの間である請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記酸性溶液の希土類金属イオン濃度が0.01から0.5mol/lの間である請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記酸性溶液の希土類金属イオン濃度が0.1から0.3mol/lの間である請求項4記載の方法。
- ステップa)における前記処理の温度を50〜80℃に設定する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項又はそれ以上の項に記載の方法。

- 部材を希土類金属イオンで処理するステップ及び該部材を陽極酸化するステップの前に、部材の表面にアルカリ洗浄溶液を接触させて不純物を取り除くさらなるステップを行う請求項1〜22のいずれか1項又はそれ以上の項に記載の方法。
- 前記部材が飛行機構造物の部品である請求項1〜23のいずれか1項又はそれ以上の項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜24のいずれか1項に記載の方法で得られた多機能表面を有し、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で構成された部材。
