【解決手段】 トナー4を収容する筐体35と、筐体35の底部35aにおいて筐体35の長手方向に形成されて、収容するトナーを排出する開口部32と、底部35aの外面に1又は複数形成された凸形状のリブ33部とを備える。

図1は、本発明を採用した実施の形態1の画像形成装置の要部構成を説明するための概略構成図である。
尚、図14(a)は、図7(a)に示す開口部32近傍の拡大図に相当する図であるが、後述するように、現像剤収容器5においてリブ33が形成されていない比較例を示す図である。
図15は、実施の形態2の現像収容器105を下方から見た下面図であり、図16(a)は現像剤収容器105が画像形成ユニット本体23aに載置された状態の断面図(図7と同じ位置での断面図)であり、図16(b)は、図16(a)において点線で囲む範囲500の部分拡大図であり、図17(a)は、図16(a)に示す現像剤収容器105の断面と同位置での実施の形態1で説明した現像剤収容器5の断面であり、図17(b)は、図17(a)において点線で囲む範囲500の部分拡大図である。
図18は、実施の形態3の現像収容器205を下方から見た下面図であり、図19(a)は現像剤収容器205の断面図(図5と同じ位置での断面図)であり、図19(b)は、図19(a)において点線で囲む範囲500の部分拡大図である。
図21は、実施の形態4の現像収容器305を下方から見た下面図である。この現像収容器305が前記した実施の形態2の現像収容器105と異なる点は、現像剤収容器305の筐体35の底部335aに形成された複数のリブ33の配置が、前記した実施の形態3の現像剤収容器205と同じく、長手方向(Y軸方向)に延在する開口部32の中央部に対向して形成された複数のリブ33の間隔Δrが、中央部に続く両端部側にそれぞれ対向して形成された複数のリブ33の間隔Δpに比べて小さく設定されている点である。従って、この現像剤収容器305を採用する画像形成装置が、前記した実施の形態1の画像形成装置100(図1)と共通する部分には同符号を付して、或いは図面を省いて説明を省略し、異なる点を重点的に説明する。
Claims (10)
- 現像剤を収容する現像剤収容体と、
前記現像剤収容体の底部において該現像剤収容体の長手方向に形成されて、前記現像剤を排出する開口部と、
前記底部の外面に1又は複数形成された凸形状部と
を備えたことを特徴とする現像剤収容器。 - 前記凸形状部は、前記長手方向と垂直な面に沿って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の現像剤収容器。
- 前記凸形状部は、前記長手方向に等間隔に複数形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の現像在収容器。
- 前記凸形状部は、前記長手方向に複数形成され、長手方向の中央部に位置する前記凸形状部の間隔が、長手方向の前記中央部の両側に位置する前記凸形状部の間隔より狭く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の現像剤収容器。
- 前記底部の外面に、長方形状に前記開口部を囲む凸形状部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の現像剤収容器。
- 前記底部は、前記長手方向に垂直な断面が円弧状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の現像剤収容器。
- 前記底部の内壁に沿って、前記長手方向に向いた軸中心に回転するシャッタを有し、該シャッタにより前記開口部を開閉することを特徴とする請求項6記載の現像剤収容器。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の現像剤収容器を備え、前記現像剤収容器の前記開口部から排出される前記現像剤を、感光体に形成された静電潜像に付着させて現像化することを特徴とする画像形成ユニット。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の現像剤収容器と、
前記現像剤収容器の前記開口部に対向する位置に現像剤受入れ口を備え、前記現像剤収容器を着脱自在に装着する画像形成ユニット本体と
を備え、前記現像剤受入れ口の周囲にシール部材を配設したことを特徴とする画像形成ユニット。 - 請求項8又は9記載の画像形成ユニットを備えたことを特徴とする画像形成装置。
