Abstract
【解決手段】S2に示されるように、WLANネットワーク14はIPネットワーク18と通信し、そのIPネットワーク18は、S3に示されるように、PC12とサービスサーバ22間の2方向通信を提供する。ユーザPC12とUE32の両方が、ネットワーク23とS4−S6との接続を構築する。それからそのユーザは、PC12からUE32へのハンドオフを引き起こすことをS7にて決定し、WLANネットワーク14にこのハンドオフ要求を通信する。そしてWLANネットワーク14は、ネットワーク18を通してサービスサーバ22へそのSIPメッセージを伝える。サービスサーバ22は、ハンドオフ(HO)メッセージを肯定応答するために、SIP200(OK)メッセージを伝える。

Description
そしてそれは、PC12/WLANカード13が、S1に示されるWLANネットワーク14と通信し、S2に示されるIPネットワーク18と通信するWLANネットワーク14と通信し、PC12とサービスサーバ12の間の双方向通信を順々に提供するS3で示されるIPネットワーク18と通信する、リアルタイムセッションとして図1にて表される。このとき、UE32とPC12のどちらも、UMTSネットワーク23と通信しない。
UE32がS1において示されるUMTSネットワーク23通信し、S2に示されるように、UMTSネットワーク23はIPネットワーク18と通信し、S3に示されるように、サービスサーバ22介して、UE32と契約者と呼ばれる者との間で双方向通信を順に提供する、IPネットワーク18とするリアルタイムセッションとして表される。
Claims (14)
- 無線通信の方法であって、
第1の無線装置から前記第1のネットワークエンティティへ、第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージを送信することによって、進行中の通信セッションのデバイス内ハンドオーバーを開始するステップと、
ここで、前記第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージは、第2の無線装置から前記第1の無線装置に対する前記進行中の通信セッションのハンドオーバーのための要求を示し、前記通信セッションは前記第2の無線装置およびリモート装置に現時点で関連付けられており、
前記第1の無線装置において前記進行中の通信セッションを実行するステップと
を具えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージは、SIPインバイトメッセージ又はSIPハンドオフメッセージを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1のネットワークエンティティは、サービスサーバであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージは、メディアタイプ、インターネットプロトコル(IP)アドレス、ビットレート、又はコーデックを用いた前記進行中の通信セッションを示すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージに応答して、前記ハンドオーバーの確認を示す第2のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージを受信するステップをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1の無線装置において前記進行中の通信セッションを実行するステップは、
前記第1のネットワークを介して前記進行中の通信セッションを実行することを含み、
前記第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージを送信するステップは、
前記第2の無線装置が、前記第1のネットワークを介して前記進行中の通信セッションを実行しているとき実行されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記第1の無線装置において前記通信セッションを実行するステップは、
前記第1のネットワークを介して前記通信セッションを実行することを含み、
前記第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージを送信するステップは、
前記第2の無線装置が、前記第1のネットワークとは異なる構成を有する第2のネットワークを介して前記進行中の通信セッションを実行しているときに、実行されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 無線通信装置であって、

第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージを、前記第1のネットワークエンティティへ送信することによって、進行中の通信セッションのデバイス内ハンドオーバーを開始するように構成され、
前記第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージは、他の無線装置から当該無線装置への前記進行中の通信セッションのハンドオーバーのための要求を示し、前記通信セッションは前記第2の無線装置およびリモート装置に現時点で関連付けられており、
当該無線装置において前記進行中の通信セッションを実行するように構成された受信機と
を具えたことを特徴とする無線通信装置。 - 前記第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージは、SIPインバイトメッセージ又はSIPハンドオフメッセージを含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記第1のネットワークエンティティは、サービスサーバであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記送信機は、前記第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージにおいて、
メディアタイプ、インターネットプロトコル(IP)アドレス、ビットレート、又はコーデックのいずれかを用いて前記進行中の通信セッションを示すように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記受信機は、前記第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージに応答して、前記ハンドオーバーの確認を示す第2のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージを受信するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記受信機は、前記第1のネットワークを介して前記進行中の通信セッションを実行するように構成され、
前記送信機は、前記他の無線装置が、前記第1のネットワークを介して前記進行中の通信セッションを実行しているときに前記第1のセッション開始プロトコル(SIP)メッセージを送信するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記受信機は、前記第1のネットワークを介して前記進行中の通信セッションを実行するように構成され、
