Abstract
【解決手段】実施例による発光装置は、開口部を有するフレーム、前記フレーム上に配置された少なくとも一つ以上の発光ダイオード、前記発光ダイオードから照射された光を反射させ、前記開口部を通じて出射させる反射板及び前記反射板の内面に形成され、前記開口部を通じて出射される光の指向角を決める反射突出部を含む。実施例による発光装置は、光源がフレームに設けられているため、脱着が容易であり製品の分解することなく光源を交換することができる。

Description
このような発光ダイオードはパッケージ化されて多様な色を放出する発光装置で用いられていて、照明器具の分野で光源として活発な研究が行われている。
一方、前記フレーム110上に前記発光ダイオード120を保護するためのツェナーダイオード(未図示)が設けられることもできる。
前記発光ダイオード120は前記フレーム110を通じて電源の供給を受けることができる。
図示しないが、前記反射板130と前記フレーム110は締結手段によって結合されることができる。前記締結手段は締結部材または接着部材によってなることができる。
これと異なって、前記反射板130から前記反射突出部140の高さbは前記フレーム110から前記反射板130のもっとも遠い地点までの垂直高さcより大きいこともできる。
このような構造の発光装置100は間接照明装置で用いられることができる。
ここで、図5に図示された発光装置200は、第1実施例で説明した部分と同一の構成に対して同一の図面符号を付与し、これに対する詳細な説明も省略する。
これによって、前記発光装置200によって照射された光の有効照明領域はホットスポット(hot spot)が除去され、光の輝度分布が改善される。
Claims (15)
- 開口部を有するフレーム;
前記フレーム上に配置された少なくとも一つ以上の発光ダイオード;
前記発光ダイオードから照射された光を反射させ、前記開口部を通じて出射させる反射板;及び
前記反射板から前記開口部に向けて突出された少なくとも一つの反射突出部を含み、
前記発光ダイオードから出射された光は前記反射板によって前記開口部に向けて反射される発光装置。 - 前記反射突出部は円錐状であり、前記反射突出部は前記反射板の内面と接する請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記反射突出部は前記反射板の内面に形成される請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つ以上の発光ダイオードによって出射された光は前記開口部を通過する前に前記反射板及び前記反射突出部によって反射されるように、前記反射突出部は前記反射板から前記開口部に向けて突出される請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記反射板の反射面及び前記反射突出部のうち少なくとも一つの表面はパターンを有する請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記パターンは凹凸パターンであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の発光装置。
- 前記パターンは粗い面であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の発光装置。
- 放熱部をさらに含み、
前記フレーム及び前記放熱板は円形であり、前記放熱板の直径が前記フレームの直径より大きくなるように前記放熱部は前記フレームの外側のまわりをくるむ請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 前記フレームは前記放熱部と一体に形成されるか、又は互いに連結された構造で形成された請求項8に記載の発光装置。
- 前記フレームは前記反射板から脱着が可能である請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記フレームの外側の一部に形成された放熱部をさらに含む請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記フレームは外側面を含み、前記放熱部は前記フレームの前記外側面の外部に突出される請求項11に記載の発光装置。
- 前記フレーム及び前記放熱部は円形である請求項12に記載の発光装置。
- 前記フレームは円形であり、これを貫通する開口部を含み、
前記反射板はドーム状であり、内側の反射面を有し、少なくとも一つ以上の発光ダイオードを覆う請求項1に記載の発光装置。 - 少なくとも前記反射板の内側の反射面及び前記反射突出部はパターン化された表面を有する請求項14に記載の発光装置。
