Claims (15)
- 一軸延伸されたポリマーテープ(12a,12b)、特に、ポリオレフィンまたはポリエステルテープ、好適にはポリプロピレンまたはテレフタル酸ポリエチレンテープからなるファブリック(12)を有するコーテッドファブリック(11,11')であって、
当該ファブリック(12)が熱可塑性合成材料からなる密封層(13)に被覆されており、当該熱可塑性合成材料の融点が上記ファブリックテープ材料の結晶子融点よりも低いことを特徴とするコーテッドファブリック。 - 上記ファブリック(12)と上記密封層(13)の両方に接着し易いポリマー材料によって構成された接着層(14)が、上記一軸延伸されたポリマーテープからなるファブリック(12)と上記密封層(13)との間に設けられており、上記接着層(14)の融点が好適には上記密封層の融点よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーテッドファブリック。
- 上記ファブリックテープ材料の結晶子融点が120℃よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコーテッドファブリック。
- 上記密封層(13)がポリエチレンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のコーテッドファブリック。
- 上記密封層(13)が、低い融点をもつ特別なポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のコーテッドファブリック。
- 上記接着層(14)がポリプロピレンを含むことを特徴とする請求項2ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のコーテッドファブリック。
- 上記接着層(14)が、40容積%以下のポリエチレン、好適には、20容積%以下のポリエチレンを加えたポリプロピレンを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコーテッドファブリック。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のコーテッドファブリック(11,11')を接着する方法であって、
密封層(13)が互いの上に対向するように2つのコーテッドファブリック(11,11')を配置し、上記コーテッドファブリック(11,11')のうちの少なくとも1つを、一軸延伸されたポリマーテープからなる上記ファブリック(12)の側から、上記密封層(13)が融解するまで、上記ファブリックテープ材料の結晶子融点未満の温度まで加熱することを特徴とする方法。 - 超音波アクチュエータを用いて、上記少なくとも1つのコーテッドファブリック(11,11')を加熱することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 加熱部材を用いて、上記少なくとも1つのコーテッドファブリック(11,11')を加熱することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 赤外線放射を用いて、上記少なくとも1つのコーテッドファブリック(11,11')を加熱することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- レーザービームを用いて、上記少なくとも1つのコーテッドファブリック(11,11')を加熱することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 環状のファブリック、または縦方向の縁に沿って接着されて管を形成する平らなファブリックから形成された管状の袋本体(1,1')を有する袋(10,10')であって、
上記袋本体の少なくとも1つの端部が、折り畳みによって略長方形の端面に成形されており、
熱可塑性合成材料、特にポリオレフィン、好適にはポリエチレン材料を用いて、加熱によって上記袋本体の端面に接着された被覆シート(3,6)を有しており、
上記袋本体(1,1')、および上記被覆シート(3,6)が、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のコーテッドファブリック(11,11')を有し、その密封層(13)が、互いに対向するとともに加熱によって融解し、隣接した密封層(13)に接着した後で再凝固することを特徴とする袋。 - 上記被覆シート(3)が、個別の部材として設計されており、好適には、端面に折り込まれた上記袋本体部分が、互いに重ならない、または殆ど重ならないことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の袋(10)。
- 上記被覆シート(6)が、上記端面を折り畳む間に端面のタブと重なることによって形成される上記袋本体の構成要素であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の袋(11')。
