Abstract
Description
1)チャネルベクトルh1,...,hN∈CMの範囲にわたるベクトル空間Qを定義し、但し、Nは移動体におけるトランシーバの数であり、即ち、

無線通信デバイスにおける全ての移動デバイスからフィードバック情報、指標rを受信した後、基地局はこれらの移動デバイスに情報をブロードキャストするためにプリコーディング技術を使用する。例えば、IEEE TRANS. INFORM. THEORY、vol. 49、1691〜1706ページ、2003年7月において発表されたG. Caire及びS. Claims (10)
- N個のアンテナを有する受信機を動作させる方法であって、
送信機のM個のアンテナと、受信機の対応するアンテナとの間のチャネル伝達係数をそれぞれが定義するN個のベクトルを測定するステップ、
前記測定されたN個のベクトルによって生成された線形空間内で或るベクトルを選択するステップ、及び
前記選択されたベクトルのM個未満の0でない成分の量子化された値をフィードバックとして前記送信機に供給するステップ
を備える方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記選択されたベクトルは、前記測定されたベクトルの各成分が前記送信機の前記アンテナのうちの対応する1つのアンテナのチャネル伝達行列要素に対応する基底に沿って1以上のヌル成分を有する方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記選択されたベクトルがN−1個のヌル成分を有し、Nは2以上である方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記送信機の前記M個のアンテナからパイロット信号を受信し、前記パイロット信号を使用して前記N個のベクトルを測定するステップを備える方法。
- N個のアンテナを有する受信機、及び
M個のアンテナから前記受信機の前記N個のアンテナにデータを通信するように構成された、該M個のアンテナを有するMIMO(多入力多出力)送信機
を備える通信システムであって、
前記受信機が、前記送信機がパイロット信号を送信したことに応答して、前記送信機の前記M個のアンテナと、前記受信機の対応するアンテナとの間のチャネル伝達係数をそれぞれが定義するN個のベクトルを測定するように構成され、前記受信機が、前記測定されたベクトルによって生成された線形空間内で或るベクトルを選択し、前記選択されたベクトルのM個未満の0でない成分の量子化された値を前記送信機にフィードバックするように構成されたシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のシステムであって、前記送信機が、前記フィードバック成分に基づいて前記受信機に送信するためのデータをプリコードするように構成されるシステム。
- 無線通信システムにおいてフィードバックを供給するための方法であって、
基地局のM個の送信機から、移動デバイスのN個の受信機においてパイロット信号を受信するステップ、
前記受信されたパイロット信号に基づいてN個のチャネルベクトルを計算するステップ、
N−1個のヌルエントリを有する前記N個のチャネルベクトルの線形結合を探し出すステップ、
前記線形結合の前記0でないエントリを量子化するステップ、及び
前記量子化された値を前記基地局に送信するステップ
を備える方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記線形結合の0でない前記エントリを量子化するステップが、前記線形結合に対して最小の角度を有するコードベクトルをコードブックの中で探し出すステップを備える方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記受信されたパイロット信号に基づいてN個のチャネルベクトルを計算するステップが、チャネル伝達行列を計算するステップを備える方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法であって、N−1個のヌルエントリを有する前記N個のチャネルベクトルの線形結合を探し出すステップが、前記行列に対してガウスの消去法を実行して前記行列を縮小するステップを備える方法。
