Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 第1の構成部品および前記第1の構成部品に連結可能な第2の構成部品を備える連結装置であって、
前記構成部品が詳細には固定リングによって互いに固定可能であり、前記固定リングが弾性を有する材料、詳細にはばね鋼で作られるとともに、例えば径方向に延びるスリットを備え、
前記固定リングが略矩形の断面形状を有し、前記断面形状の縁部が前記固定リングを組み立ておよび/または取り外すために規定された面取部を備える連結装置。 - 少なくとも1つの規定された前記面取部が、径方向外側の2つの縁部の一方に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の連結装置。
- 規定された前記面取部が、径方向外側の両縁部に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の連結装置。
- 少なくとも1つの規定された前記面取部が、前記固定リングの径方向側面に対して約15°〜約35°の角度で傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の連結装置。
- 2つの前記面取部が、前記固定リングの径方向側面に対して異なる角度で傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の連結装置。
- 前記固定リングが、軸方向にみて非円形形状を有するとともに、前記スリットを通って延びる径方向平面に対して鏡面対称性を有すると好ましいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の連結装置。
- 前記固定リングが軸方向にみて長円形状または楕円形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の連結装置。
- 前記固定リングの前記スリットに隣接する端部が、径方向内向きに曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の連結装置。
- 前記固定リングが、波形に屈曲した断面形状かつ/またはジグザグの断面形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の連結装置。
- 少なくとも部分的に略円筒形の外面を有する第1の構成部品と、前記第1の構成部品の円筒形の前記外面を収容するための少なくとも部分的に略円筒形の内面を有する第2の構成部品と、2つの前記構成部品を連結するために前記外面と前記内面に配置されるとともに互いに関連付けられた溝に差し込むことができる固定リングと、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の連結装置。
- 互いに関連付けられた前記溝の少なくとも1つが、前記外面または前記内面への移行部に規定された面取部および/または丸みを有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の連結装置。
- 前記固定リングの少なくとも1つの前記面取部および前記溝の少なくとも1つの前記面取部が、2つの前記構成部品が軸方向に移動するときに前記面取部が互いに接触するように互いに適合され、前記面取部が互いに摺動して前記固定リングを径方向内向きまたは径方向外向きに押し動かすことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の連結装置。
- 前記第1および/または前記第2の構成部品が、前記内面または前記外面に隣接する少なくとも1つの案内面取部を有することを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の連結装置。
- 前記第1の構成部品が、車両のドライブトレインにおけるシャフトまたはジャーナルであり、前記第2の構成部品が、ボールジョイントの内部ドライブハブであり、前記内部ドライブハブが中心開口を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の連結装置。
- 摩擦および/または慣性の結果として前記ドライブトレインに伝達され得る最大の軸方向の力よりも、前記連結の解除に必要な力の方が大きくなるように、少なくとも1つの規定された前記面取部の傾斜角度が選択されることが好ましいことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の連結装置。
- 前記ドライブトレインに50kN未満の軸方向の力が作用したときに前記連結が規定された形で破損するように、前記第1および前記第2の構成部品と前記固定リングとが互いに整合されることを特徴とする、請求項14または15に記載の連結装置。
- 前記ドライブトレインに作用する5kN未満の軸方向の力による規定された連結の破損の後で前記第1の構成部品および前記第2の構成部品を伸縮式に互いに押し付けることができるように、前記第1および前記第2の構成部品が互いに整合されるとともに前記固定リングと整合されることを特徴とする、請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の連結装置。
- 前記第1の構成部品が前記第2の構成部品に挿入できるとともに少なくとも1つの封止リングで封止可能であり、少なくとも1つの前記封止リングが挿入方向において前記固定リングより後方に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の連結装置。
- 前記封止リングが、第1のおよび/または第2の要素の、特定の外形を備えない溝などの区画に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の連結装置。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の連結装置を少なくとも1つ備える、車両のドライブトレインにおけるジョイント付きシャフトにおいて、
前記第1の構成部品が前記ドライブトレインにおけるシャフトまたはジャーナルであることが好ましいとともに、前記第2の構成部品がボールジョイントの中心開口を備える内部ドライブハブであることが好ましいジョイント付きシャフトであって、
前記連結装置が破損した場合に、前記第1の構成部品および前記第2の構成部品が、前記ジョイント付きシャフトが少なくとも250mm、詳細には300mm、伸縮式に折り畳み可能であるように互いに整合されることを特徴とする、ジョイント付きシャフト。 - 前記連結装置が破損した場合に、前記連結装置のそれぞれの前記第1および第2の構成部品が、前記ジョイント付きシャフトが少なくとも250mm、詳細には300mm、伸縮式に折り畳み可能であるように互いに整合されることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載のジョイント付きシャフト。
