Abstract
また本発明は織物コーティングを作る方法に関連し、その方法は、
a)熱融解性粉末状結合材(12)を有する少なくともひとつの面(8A,8B)を有するウェブ(3)に交流電界を加え、結合材(12)を第一エリア(5)に集めるように前記粉末状結合材(12)をウェブ(3)に導入する段階と、
c)加熱により結合材(12)を融解させる段階と、
d)結合材(12)を硬化させるためにそのままにする、または硬化させる段階と、を備える。
Description
a)表面および裏面のうち少なくともひとつに熱融解性粉末状結合材を有するウェブに交流電界を印加する段階であり、結合材を第一エリアに集中させる方法によってこの粉末状結合材は繊維ウェブに導入される段階と、
c)加熱することにより結合材を融解させる段階と、
d)結合材(12)を硬化させるためにそのままにする、または硬化させる段階と、
を備える。
b)ウェブの第二エリアにある粉末状結合材の少なくとも一部分が、このウェブ表面の洗浄作業をすることにより取り除かれる
という段階を好都合に備える。
b’)粉末状結合材の一部分が、ウェブの裏面の洗浄作業、例えば抽出またはブラッシングによる洗浄をすることにより取り除かれる

この例において、ウェブ3は、重さ600g/m2および厚さ約6mmのニードル処理ベロア製品である。これは、ポリプロピレンから作られ、初期には結合材を含まない、6.5dtex(デシテックス)、17dtexおよび150dtexの繊維4の混合物から成る。
例2においては、例1と同じウェブ3および同じ結合材12が使用された。
この例において、ウェブ3は重さ550g/m2のニードル処理ベロア不織布であった。初期に結合材を含まない繊維4は、ポリエステルから作られ、6.7dtexであった。
この例においては、例3と同じウェブ3が使用された。

Claims (8)
- 繊維ウェブ(3)から織物コーティング(2)を製造する方法であって、該繊維ウェブ(3)は、裏面(8B)、第一エリア(5)、第二エリア(7)および表面(8A)を備え、前記第一エリアは、ウェブ(3)の繊維(4)がこれら繊維(4)を保持する堅い交絡部(5)に組み込まれている結合エリアであり、かつ前記第一エリアは、ウェブ(3)の厚み(6)の一部分に位置し、前記第二エリア(7)はウェブ(3)の厚み(6)の他の部分にわたって前記表面(8A)まで延在し、
a)表面および裏面(8A,8B)の少なくとも一面に熱融解性粉末状結合材(12)を有しているウェブ(3)に交流電界を加え、前記結合材(12)を第一エリア(5)に集めるようにこの粉末状結合材(12)をウェブ(3)繊維(4)に導入する段階と、
c)加熱することにより結合材(12)を融解させる段階と、
d)結合材(12)を硬化させるためにそのままにする、または硬化させる段階と、
を備えていることを特徴とする繊維ウェブ(3)から織物コーティング(2)を製造する方法。 - 前記ウェブがニードル処理ウェブ(3)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記段階a)において、該結合材(12)の繊維(4)に対する割合が中心部(25)よりも前記第一エリア(5)の表面(26)内のほうが小さくなる方法にて前記粉末状結合材(12)が集められ、前記中心部は前記第一エリア(5)に備えらえれ、前記表面(26)が前記中心部を前記ウェブ(3)の前記裏面(8B)に連結していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法を使用して得られた織物コーティングであって、該織物コーティングは、裏面(8B)、第一エリア(5)、第二エリア(7)および表面(8A)を備えた繊維から作られたウェブ(3)を備え、前記第一エリアは、ウェブ(3)の繊維(4)がこれら繊維(4)を保持する堅い交絡部(5)に組み込まれている結合エリアであり、かつ前記第一エリアは、ウェブ(3)の厚み(6)の一部分に位置し、前記第二エリア(7)は前記第一エリア(5)の上にウェブ(3)の厚み(6)の他の部分にわたって前記表面(8A)まで延在し、熱融解性結合材(12)はウェブの繊維(4)を互いに連結して前記第一エリア(5)に集まり、前記第一エリア(5)は中心部(25)と前記中心部を前記ウェブ(3)の前記裏面(8B)に連結している表面(26)とを備え、前記熱融解性結合材(12)の前記繊維(4)に対する割合は前記中心部(25)よりも前記表面(26)が小さい織物コーティング。
