Description
Claims (17)
- ロール制御デバイスであって、
第1のチャンバおよび第2のチャンバを有する少なくとも1つのアクチュエータと、
前記第1のチャンバと第2のチャンバとの間に流体接続されたポンプと、
前記ポンプに接続されたモータと、
前記ポンプと連通状態にあり、前記第1のチャンバおよび第2のチャンバの少なくとも1つに関連付けられた差動ロール力を変化させるために、前記第1のチャンバと第2のチャンバとの間に流体を移送するための所望のロール安定性信号に応答して、前記ポンプを駆動するように前記モータに命令するように構成されたコントローラとを備えるロール制御デバイス。 - 前記ポンプが、前記第1のチャンバおよび第2のチャンバとそれぞれ流通状態にある第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートを有する双方向ポンプであり、前記コントローラが、前記モータによって駆動されることに応答して、前記ポンプを所望の方向にする命令を出す、請求項1に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートにそれぞれ関連付けられ、前記第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートに関連する圧力を検知するように構成された第1の圧力センサおよび第2の圧力センサを備え、前記コントローラが、前記第1の圧力センサおよび第2の圧力センサと連通状態にあり、前記検知圧力を受けるように構成された、請求項2に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートと流通状態にあるシャトル弁を備え、前記第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートが、前記第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートに関連する第1のおよび第2の圧力をそれぞれ含み、前記シャトル弁が、前記第1の圧力と第2の圧力との間の差圧に応答して位置間を移動する、請求項1に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記シャトル弁と流通状態にあるリザーバを備え、前記第1の圧力および第2の圧力の一方が、前記第1の圧力および第2の圧力の他方よりも低く、前記シャトル弁およびリザーバが、前記第1の圧力および第2の圧力のうち低い方の圧力を有する前記第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートの一方から流体を受けるように構成される、請求項4に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記コントローラにロールフィードバック信号を供給するために、前記コントローラと連通状態にあるロールセンサを備える、請求項1に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータに接続されたスタビライザを備え、前記ポンプが、所望のロール安定性信号に応答して、前記スタビライザの一方側の差動ロール力を前記スタビライザの他方側に対して増大する、請求項1に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記スタビライザが、スタビライザバーである、請求項7に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記スタビライザが、横方向に間隔を空けた車輪間に相互接続される、請求項7に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記第3のチャンバおよび第4のチャンバを有する第2のアクチュエータと、前記第2のアクチュエータに接続された第2のスタビライザとを備え、前記ポンプが、前記第3のアクチュエータおよび第4のアクチュエータと流通状態にあり、前記ポンプが、所望のロール安定性信号に応答して、前記第2のスタビライザの一方側の差動ロール力を前記第2のスタビライザの他方側に対して増大する、請求項7に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記ポンプと前記第2のアクチュエータ間に配設され、前記ポンプおよび前記第2のアクチュエータと流通状態にある比例弁と、前記比例弁と流通状態にあるリザーバとを備え、前記ポンプが、前記第3のチャンバおよび第4のチャンバとそれぞれ流通状態にある第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートを有する双方向ポンプであり、前記比例弁が、前記第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートと流通状態にあり、前記第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートが、前記第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートに関連付けられた第1の圧力および第2の圧力をそれぞれ含み、前記比例弁が、前記第1の圧力と第2の圧力との間の差圧に応答して位置間を移動し、前記第1の圧力および第2の圧力の一方が、前記第1の圧力および第2の圧力の他方より低く、前記シャトル弁およびリザーバが、前記第1の圧力および第2の圧力のうち低い方の圧力を有する前記第1の出力ポートおよび第2の出力ポートの一方から流体を受けるように構成された、請求項10に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記比例弁と第2のリザーバとの間に配設された少なくとも1つの逆止め弁を備える、請求項11に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記比例弁が、常時閉位置と、前記コントローラと連通状態にあるソレノイドとを含み、前記コントローラが、所望のロール安定性信号に応答して前記比例弁を開くように構成された、請求項11に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記ポンプと連通状態にあるフェイルセーフ弁を備え、前記フェイルセーフ弁が、フェイルセーフ状態に応答して前記第1のチャンバと第2のチャンバとの間での流体の移送を防止する、請求項1に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記フェイルセーフ弁が、常時閉位置と、前記コントローラと連通状態にあるソレノイドとを含み、前記コントローラが、所望のロール安定性信号に応答して前記フェイルセーフ弁を開くように構成された、請求項14に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- フェイルセーフ状態において前記第1のチャンバと第2のチャンバとの間に流体が流れるように構成されたフェイルセーフセンタリングデバイスを備え、ロック位置にある前記ポンプが、前記フェイルセーフ状態に応答して、前記第1のチャンバと第2のチャンバとの間での流体の移送を防止する、請求項1に記載のロール制御デバイス。
- 前記コントローラと連通状態にあるブレーキを備え、前記コントローラが、フェイルセーフ状態に応答して前記モータに命令を出し、前記モータから前記ポンプへの駆動を無効にするように構成された、請求項1に記載のロール制御デバイス。
