Claims (12)
- 強化された構造用セメントパネルを製造するときに、繊維の厚い層を一様に覆うための連続カーテンとして供給することができる軽量セメント複合材料スラリを準備するための方法であって、
ビンから、水平に取り付けられたスクリューオーガを有する水平粉末混合機内に、セメント、石膏、及び骨材を含む乾燥セメント粉末を供給するステップと、
前記スクリューオーガから、前記スクリューオーガによって中央水平軸の周りで回転されるパドルを設けられた水平予混合機内に、乾燥セメント粉末混合物を放出するステップと、
入口を通して前記水平予混合機内に、水を含む液体流を供給するステップと、
湿式粉末スラリ混合物を形成するために、セメント粉末と液体とを混合するステップと、
垂直向き混合チャンバの上部から、上部に取り付けられたモータによって垂直シャフトの周りで回転されるパドル混合機を設けられた前記垂直向き混合チャンバの下側部分に、前記予混合された粉末と液体との混合物を落とすステップと、
前記垂直向き混合チャンバの前記下側部分内で、水と粉末とを混合するステップと、
パネル製造ラインでウェブ上の厚い繊維層の上に連続カーテンとしてスラリを堆積するためのスラリヘッドボックスに前記スラリをポンプするステップと
を含み、
前記粉末と液体とが、混合チャンバ下側部分での約10〜約360秒の平均混合滞留時間にわたって混合され、それと共に、スピンパドルが、前記混合チャンバ内の前記スラリにせん断力を加えて前記粉末と水とを混合して、軽量セメント複合材料の一様なスラリを生成し、前記一様なスラリが、繊維強化された構造用セメントパネルを製造するために、ウェブ上の厚い繊維層をスラリが一様に覆うことができるようにする粘稠度を有する
方法。 - 前記垂直チャンバが、約15〜約240秒の平均スラリ滞留時間を提供し、前記パドルのRPM範囲が、70RPM〜270RPMである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記パドルの中心シャフトを回転させる目的も持つように前記垂直向き混合チャンバの上部に取り付けられたモータによって稼動されるキャビティポンプによって、前記スラリが、前記垂直チャンバの底部からポンプされる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記垂直向き混合チャンバ内の前記パドルが、複数の水平ブレードを備える複数のパドルブレードと、前記垂直向き混合チャンバの長さに伸張された中央シャフトとを有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記垂直向き混合チャンバに入る粉末及び液体の供給分が、前記混合チャンバ内の粉末と水とのスラリの水位を継続的に監視する電子的液体水位センサ制御装置によって制御される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スクリューオーガに関連付けられる重量式計量システムが、毎分当たり一定の所定の粉末重量に基づいて、前記水平向き予混合機内への前記乾燥セメント粉末の供給レートを制御する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥セメント粉末が、反応性粉末部分と、任意選択の軽量充填剤部分とを含み、前記反応性部分が、乾燥ベースで、35〜75重量%の硫酸カルシウムα半水和物と、20〜55重量%の水硬性セメントと、0.2〜3.5重量%の石灰と、5〜25重量%の活性ポゼランとを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥セメント粉末が、反応性粉末部分と、軽量充填剤部分とを含み、前記反応性部分が、乾燥ベースで、35〜75重量%の硫酸カルシウムα半水和物と、20〜55重量%のポルトランドセメントと、0.2〜3.5重量%の石灰と、5〜25重量%の活性ポゼランとを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 乾燥セメント粉末が、乾燥ベースで20〜50重量%の軽量充填剤粒子を含む請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記軽量充填剤粒子が、セラミック微小球と、ガラス微小球と、フライアッシュセノスフェアと、パーライトとからなる群から選択される請求項9に記載の方法。
- 変速モータが、前記スクリューオーガを制御して、前記水平向き予混合機への粉末の供給分とパドルの回転とを制御して、垂直向き混合チャンバに前記湿式粉末スラリを送達する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリが、前記垂直に取り付けられた撹拌器ブレードの中央シャフトによって駆動されるキャビティポンプによって前記垂直向き混合チャンバの底部からポンプされ、前記中央シャフトが、さらに、前記垂直向き混合チャンバの上部に取り付けられたモータによって稼動される請求項1に記載の方法。
