Abstract
Description
本発明は、自己強化された三次元ポリマー製品を製造する方法であって、a)単層押出または同時押出された形のポリマーテープを短い長さに細断する工程、b)細断されたポリマーテープを多孔質の型の中へ、または型の上へ噴霧する工程、およびc)適切な結合剤および/または結合用マトリックスによって、細断されたテープを熱硬化および/または熱結合してプリフォームを得る工程、を有する自己強化された三次元ポリマー製品を製造する方法に関する。
Claims (6)
- 自己強化された三次元ポリマー製品を製造する方法であって、a)単層押出または同時押出された形のポリマーテープを短い長さに細断する工程、b)細断されたポリマーテープを多孔質の型の中へ、または型の上へ噴霧する工程、およびc)適切な結合剤および/または結合用マトリックスによって、細断されたテープを熱硬化および/または熱結合してプリフォームを得る工程を有する製造方法において、細断されたポリマーテープ、結合剤および/または結合用マトリックスがすでに最初から適正な量で存在していることを特徴とする、自己強化された三次元ポリマー製品を製造する方法。
- 多孔質の型の裏側から空気を吸引してポリマーテープを型の中に配置することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 結合剤が接着剤分散液であり、細断されたポリマーテープと一緒に多孔質の型の中へ、もしくは上へ噴霧されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 結合剤をポリマーテープ、たとえば同時押出されたポリマーテープの低融点層の一部として多孔質の型の中へ、もしくは上へ導入することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 多孔質の型を通過して吸引される空気は、低融点層が溶融することができる温度であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 得られたプリフォームを熱および/または圧力の適用によってさらに処理することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
