比較例Dは、米国特許第6716944号明細書の実施例4の処方に従っている。しかしながら、この処方はその特許文献で開示された撥水値及び撥油値を示さなかった。モノマー量を表3に示す。
Claims (7)
- コポリマーの全重量を基準として、
a)40〜97重量%、好ましくは45〜90重量%のメタクリル酸ペルフルオロアルキルエチル混合物、
b)1〜50重量%、好ましくは5〜30重量%の(メタ)アクリル酸C12‐C22アルキル、並びに
c)0.5〜10重量%、好ましくは1〜5重量%の単数又は複数の熱架橋性若しくはイソシアネート反応性モノマー、並びに
d)1.5〜50重量%、好ましくは4〜30重量%の塩化ビニル及び/又は塩化ビニリデンを含むコポリマーであって、
下記式
RFCH2CH2OCOC(CH3)=CH2
のメタクリル酸ペルフルオロアルキルエチルが
1〜70重量%の4個以下のフッ化炭素原子及び
30〜99重量%の6個のフッ化炭素原子
を含むことを特徴とするコポリマー。 - メタクリル酸ペルフルオロアルキルエチルのペルフルオロアルキル基が、
30〜70重量%の4個以下のフッ化炭素原子及び
30〜70重量%の6個のフッ化炭素原子
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化合物。 - メタクリル酸ペルフルオロアルキルエチルのペルフルオロアルキル基が、
1〜10重量%の4個以下のフッ化炭素原子及び
90〜99重量%の6個のフッ化炭素原子
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化合物。 - (メタ)アクリル酸C12‐C22アルキルがアクリル酸セチル、アクリル酸ステアリル及び/又はアクリル酸ベヘニルから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のコポリマーの、繊維状基材の撥水、撥油及び撥汚物仕上げのための使用。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のコポリマーと保護基の付いたイソシアネートの混合物との水性混合物。
- 請求項6に記載の水性混合物の、繊維状基材の撥水、撥油及び撥汚物仕上げのための使用。
