Abstract
【課題】

Claims (53)
- 第1アクセスポイントと関連するアクセス端末に対する送信電力パラメータを決定して第2アクセスポイントで前記アクセス端末によって生じた干渉を軽減すること、
前記送信電力パラメータを前記アクセス端末に送信すること、
を含む、電力制御方法。 - 前記第2アクセスポイントで前記アクセス端末によって生じた前記干渉を評価する信号を受信することを更に含み、前記送信電力パラメータは前記干渉評価に基づいて決定される、請求項1の方法。
- 前記送信電力パラメータは最大送信電力を含む、請求項1の方法。
- 前記第2アクセスポイントで前記アクセス端末によって生じた干渉を示す信号を受信することを更に含み、前記最大送信電力は前記受信信号に基づいて決定される、請求項3の方法。
- 前記信号はダウンリンクをモニタすることによって受信され、この受信信号に基づいて、前記第2アクセスポイントによって送信された信号と関連する受信信号強度及び/又は前記アクセスポイントが負荷表示を送信したかどうかを決定することを更に含む、請求項4の方法。
- 前記信号は前記アクセス端末又は前記第1アクセスポイントと関連する少なくとも1つの他のアクセス端末から受信され、この受信信号に基づいて、前記第2アクセスポイントによって送信された信号と関連する受信信号強度及び/又は前記第2アクセスポイントが負荷表示を送信したかどうかを決定することを更に含む、請求項4の方法。

- 第1アクセスポイントと関連するアクセスポイントに対して送信電力パラメータを決定して第2アクセスポイントで前記アクセス端末によって生じた干渉を軽減するように構成される干渉コントローラと、
前記送信電力パラメータを前記アクセス端末に送信するように構成される通信コントローラと、
を具備する、電力制御装置。 - 前記通信コントローラは前記第2アクセスポイントで前記アクセス端末によって生じた前記干渉を軽減する信号を受信するように更に構成され、前記送信電力パラメータは前記干渉評価に基づいて決定される、請求項16の装置。
- 前記送信電力パラメータは最大送信電力からなる、請求項16の装置。
- 前記干渉コントローラはライズオーバサーマル閾値を増加するように更に構成され、前記最大送信電力は前記ライズオーバサーマル閾値の増加の結果として減少される、請求項18の装置。
- 前記干渉コントローラはライズオーバサーマル閾値が制限なく増加することを可能にするように更に構成される、請求項18の装置。
- 前記送信電力表示は最大トラフィック電力対パイロット電力比でなる、請求項16の装置。

- 前記送信電力パラメータは最大送信電力を含む、請求項23の装置。
- 前記決定する手段はライズオーバサーマル閾値を増加するように更に構成され、前記最大送信電力は前記ライズオーバサーマル閾値の増加の結果として減少される、請求項25の装置。
- 前記決定する手段はライズオーバサーマル閾値が制限なく増加することを可能にするように構成される、請求項25の装置。

- 少なくとも1つのアクセス端末からの信号に関連する受信信号強度が変更されたかどうかを決定すること、
決定に基づいて、アップリンク干渉を軽減するためにアクセスポイントに対する減衰係数を制御すること、
を含む、電力制御方法。 - 前記減衰係数は雑音係数又は受信減衰である、請求項32の方法。
