Claims (40)
- ヒト組織生成を促進するための方法であって、

組織成長が望まれる領域に組織拡張デバイスを収縮した状態で配置すること、および
組織拡張デバイス内に流体を注入することによって組織拡張デバイスを漸次拡張させること
を含む方法。 - 組織成長が起こるときに組織成長が望まれる領域内で一定した状態の引張応力が維持されるように、複数の注入により、組織拡張デバイス内の少なくとも一つの膨張可能な容器を膨張させることによって組織拡張デバイスを拡張させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの膨張可能な容器が、同心らせん状に構成された単一トロイド状容器である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 所望量の組織生成の達成に応答して、流体の抜き出しにより、組織拡張デバイスを収縮状態まで収縮させること、および

- 作用物質が、幹細胞培養で強化された脂肪組織標品である、請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 脂肪組織標品が、自らの自然の三次元的足場に維持された幹細胞を含む、請求項24に記載のシステム。
- 組織拡張デバイスと皮膚との間に気密シールを形成することによって、組織拡張デバイスを生体組織の標的成長領域に外から付着させる、請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 組織拡張デバイスが、生体組織の標的成長領域の皮膚組織の内層と外層との間に植え込まれる、請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 組織拡張デバイスが、
内膜、および
外膜
を含み、折りたたみ可能な支持構造が内膜と外膜との間に結合的に介在する、請求項19に記載のシステム。 - 折りたたみ可能な支持構造が、少なくとも一つの膨張可能な容器を含む、請求項28に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの膨張可能な容器が、内膜および外膜内に収容され、共通する軸の周りに同心円状に構成された、直径が増加していく複数のトロイド状容器である、請求項29に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの膨張可能な容器が、内膜および外膜内に結合的に介在し、同心らせんとして構成される、長いトロイド状の管である、請求項28に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの膨張可能な容器が、除去に先だって、その少なくとも一つの膨張可能な容器から流体を取り除くことによって収縮されうる、請求項27に記載のシステム。

を含む方法。 - 脂肪組織標品が、収集した脂肪組織を第1部分および第2部分に分けること、脂肪組織の第1部分を遠心分離して、水分および損傷された脂肪細胞の破壊によって生じた油分から脂肪組織を分離して、遠心分離された脂肪組織の第1部分を形成すること、遠心分離されかつ分離された脂肪組織の第1部分の自然の三次元的足場を維持すること、ならびに脂肪組織の第2部分を、遠心分離されかつ分離された脂肪組織の第1部分と組み合わせることによって形成される、請求項34に記載の方法。
- 脂肪組織標品が、収集した脂肪組織を遠心分離して、収集した脂肪組織の自然の三次元的足場を維持しつつ、水分および損傷された脂肪細胞の破壊によって生じた油分から脂肪組織を分離することによって形成される、請求項34に記載の方法。
- 引張応力が、折りたたみ可能な支持構造を持つ組織拡張デバイスの適用によって引き起こされ、折りたたみ可能な支持構造は、組織領域での組織拡張デバイスの最初の設置および除去中は折りたたまれ、最初の設置後に、組織拡張デバイスが内表面を持つ凸状の形状を形成するように折りたたみ可能な支持構造が活性化され、凸状の形状の内表面に面する組織が内表面に向かって引っ張られて、組織領域を引張力下に置き、組織成長を促進する、請求項34に記載の方法。
- 組織拡張デバイスが組織領域上の皮膚の外表面に付着されて、組織拡張デバイスと皮膚の外表面との間に気密シールを形成する、請求項37に記載の方法。
- 設置がインプラントを部分的に収縮させることを含む、請求項34に記載の方法。
- 作用物質が、幹細胞in-situ培養、前駆細胞、脂肪由来幹細胞、内皮細胞前駆体、ならびに他の増殖細胞、分化の方向付けられた細胞、および再生細胞からなる群より選択される、請求項34に記載の方法。
