Abstract
이러한 자가확장형 조직확장기는 이물반응을 억제하고, 무혈관성 교원질 조직의 형성을 억제한다. 이러한 자가확장형 조직확장기는 두피확장술, 반은구축성형술, 유방재건술에 이용될 수 있으며, 나아가 임플란트 골이식을 위한 조직확장술에 이용될 수 있다.
Description
도 1은 종래의 방법에 따른 조직확장기 및 조직확장술을 개략적으로 설명하는 도면이다.
도 2는 종래의 방법에 따른 조직확장술 이용시 발생할 수 있는 교원질 조직의 형성된 모습을 나타내는 사진이다.
도 3은 일 실시예에 따른 자가확장형 조직확장기의 구성을 개략적으로 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 4는 일 실시예에 따른 다공성 피막의 모습을 개략적으로 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 5는 다공성 피막의 대형 기공, 소형 기공의 분포에 따른 확장속도 관계 및 인장한계선 과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 6은 다른 실시예에 따른 자가확장형 조직확장기의 구성을 개략적으로 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 7은 다른 실시예에 따른 다공성 피막의 모습을 개략적으로 나타내는 사시도이다.

Claims (8)
- 자가확장형(self-expansion) 조직확장기에 있어서,
주변의 체액을 흡수하는 수화젤;및
상기 수화젤의 표면을 덮는, 다공성의 피막;을 포함하고,
상기 다공성의 피막은 ePTFE(expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene) 또는 PCL(poly-caprolactone)로 형성되고,
상기 다공성의 피막은 직경이 3 내지 40 μm 인 대형 기공(large pore)과, 직경이 1μm 이하인 소형 기공(small pore)을 포함하고, 상기 대형 기공과 소형 기공의 개수 비율은 하기의 수학식을 만족하는 자가확장형 조직확장기.
