Abstract
【解決手段】圧着端子金具10の芯線圧着部30は、電気接触部20と電線圧着部40の間に形成されおり、電線90の被覆が剥ぎ取られた状態の芯線91を、加締めることで圧着する。芯線圧着部30の後端部に形成された後ベルマウス部33は、芯線91と直ぐに離れずに、圧縮状態が徐々に緩やかになっている。

Description
また、前記領域は、前記端部に行くに従って外に広がっているベルマウス部であってもよい。
また、前記芯線は、前記ベルマウス部において、前記ベルマウス部の開口端部から内側方向に向かって徐々に細くなる形状となっており、前記ベルマウス部における外へ開く角度が、前記芯線の延伸方向に対して前記芯線の細くなっている部分の広がり角度より大きく、かつ略同一に設定されてもよい。
また、前記芯線は、前記細くなっている形状部分において、前記開口側の所定の領域で非圧縮状態であり、前記開口側と反対側の領域で、前記ベルマウス部と圧着状態にあってもよい。

Claims (4)
- 芯線を圧着する圧着部の端部近傍において、前記芯線の圧着状態が端部側ほど緩やかになっている領域が備わることを特徴とする圧着端子金具。
- 前記領域は、前記端部に行くに従って外に広がっているベルマウス部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧着端子金具。
- 前記芯線は、前記ベルマウス部において、前記ベルマウス部の開口端部から内側方向に向かって徐々に細くなる形状となっており、
前記ベルマウス部における外へ開く角度が、前記芯線の延伸方向に対して前記芯線の細くなっている部分の広がり角度より大きく、かつ略同一に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧着端子金具。 - 前記芯線は、前記細くなっている形状部分において、前記開口側の所定の領域で非圧縮状態であり、前記開口側と反対側の領域で、前記ベルマウス部と圧着状態にあることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧着端子金具。
