Abstract
【解決手段】型締装置(10)のトグルサポート(15)の固定位置を移動して目標型締力に近づくように型締力を調整する。トグルサポート(15)の移動量に応じて金型保護位置を変更する。型締力の調整は、規準金型を型締装置(10)に取り付けて得られた、押込量と対応する型締力との関係から求められた第1の型締力設定値に基づいて行なわれる。型締力の調整は、第1の型締力設定値を用いて型締を行ない、実際の型締力を検出して得られた型締力検出値と目標型締力との差に基づいて行なわれることとしてもよい。

Description
上述の型締装置において、トグル機構は、可動プラテンを移動して固定金型に接触させる(型閉)だけでなく、接触させた後に更に押圧する(型締)ことにより所望の型締力を発生させる。工場出荷前には、金型装置のサンプルとなる規準金型(いわゆるテストブロック)を型締装置に取り付けて、規準金型に対して所定の型締力が加わるようにトグル機構の調整が行なわれる。

Claims (8)
- トグル機構を用いた型締装置を有する射出成形機の制御方法であって、
前記型締装置のトグルサポートの固定位置を移動して型締力センサで検出される型締力が目標型締力に近づくように型締力を調整する、
ことを特徴とする射出成形機の制御方法。 - 請求項1記載の射出成形機の制御方法であって、
型締力の調整は、規準金型を前記型締装置に取り付けて得られた、押込量と該押込量に対応する型締力との関係から求められた第1の型締力設定値に基づいて行なわれることを特徴とする射出成形機の制御方法。 - 請求項2記載の射出成形機の制御方法であって、
型締力の調整は、前記第1の型締力設定値を用いて型締を行ない、実際の型締力を検出して得られた型締力検出値と前記目標型締力との差に基づいて行なわれることを特徴とする射出成形機の制御方法。 - 請求項3記載の射出成形機の制御方法であって、
