Description

本発明は、調理油過熱防止装置付きガスこんろでのフライパン使用時の姿勢保持装置と、その具体的製造方法に属する。
 背景
平成２０年８月１日公布、平成２０年１０月１日施行のガスこんろに対する新法令により全口のこんろバーナーに調理油過熱防止装置の搭載が義務付けられた。（ガス事業法第３９条の１０第１項及び液石法第４６条第１項）
図１に於いて示す調理油過熱防止装置はこんろ中央に設置された温度センサー１をバネテンションで鍋やフライパン底に密着させ、温度が約２５０℃になると自動的に消化し油の発火を防ぐ装置である。
この調理油過熱防止装置は温度センサー１をバネ圧力で密着させる機構上、使用する調理器重量は約３００ｇ以上と設定されている。しかしながら一般で使用される小径フライパンは３００ｇ以下のものがあったり、３００ｇ以上のものであってもフライパン２に対し把手３比重の大きなものは図２に於いて示す様に温度センサー１を支点にバランスを失い、ガスこんろに対し平行に設置する事ができない。
本発明は、フライパン淵に重りを設置する事でフライパン把手重量との均整を図り姿勢保持を得て調理油過熱防止装置付きガスこんろの使用に適する事を目的としている。
 課題を解決する為の手段
上記目的を達成する為に、中心部に円弧状差込溝を設けた鋳造鋳物等による重りをフライパン淵把手反対側位置に設置する。（図５参照）
この重り差し込み溝には必要に応じ板バネ等による仮固定具を設け、調理時の外れを防止する。
発明の効果
本発明は、以上説明したように構成されているので、以下に記載されるような効果を奏する。
小径軽量なフライパンを安全に調理油過熱防止装置付きガスこんろで使用できる。（図７参照）
把手重量の高いフライパンを安全に調理油過熱防止装置付きガスこんろで使用できる。（図７参照）
図３に於いて示される装置本体４は、金属鋳造にて製造、叉は樹脂匡体内部に金属鋳造重りを有しそれ自体が重りとなる。
図４に於いて示される差込溝５に、図５で示す様にフライパン淵８を差込み使用する。
瞬時の着脱が可能且つ一定の固定を有する様、図６に於いて示される断面図の様に、固定スプリング６と固定支点７を差込溝５内に設定する。
