【解決手段】ポリエステルポリオールとジイソシアネートとの重合付加生成物に、アクリレートを付加させてなるプレポリマーと、単官能もしくは多官能モノマーとを配合した感光性樹脂組成物を版材料としている。

Claims (6)
- ポリエステルポリオールとジイソシアネートとの重合付加生成物に、アクリレートを付加させてなるプレポリマーと、単官能もしくは多官能モノマーとを配合した感光性樹脂組成物を版材料としてなることを特徴とする凸版印刷用樹脂凸版。
- それ自体の硬度が、JISゴム硬度でショアA60〜90°の範囲内に設定され、水系洗浄剤で現像可能な請求項1記載の凸版印刷用樹脂凸版。
- 有機EL発光体を溶解、分散させる芳香族系溶剤であるアニソール,シクロヘキシルベンゼンもしくはテトラリンまたはそれらの混合溶剤に対して、室温20〜25℃の環境以下で24時間連続浸漬し、浸漬前後の重量変化率が0.2〜15%の範囲内の膨潤率を有する請求項1または2記載の凸版印刷用樹脂凸版。
- 切断時伸び15〜200%、引張強さ2〜100MPaにて、最大引張力30〜200Nの樹脂特性を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の凸版印刷用樹脂凸版。
- パターン印刷面の印刷用凸部を有し、その表面に、印刷インクを保持するための凹部幅が10〜500μmである筋状凹部、もしくは凸部径が10〜500μmである微小凸部が形成されている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の凸版印刷用樹脂凸版。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の凸版印刷用樹脂凸版を用い、有機EL発光体を溶剤に溶解させた印刷インクを基板上に印刷したのち、上記溶剤を蒸発気化させて有機発光層を形成する工程を含む有機EL素子の製造方法。
