Abstract
【解決手段】 オキセタン環含有化合物とエポキシ化植物油化合物とビニルエーテル化合物とを含む液状成分に重合開始剤が添加され、液状成分におけるオキセタン環含有化合物とエポキシ化植物油化合物とビニルエーテル化合物との合計量に対して、オキセタン環含有化合物が29.4〜90.0重量%、エポキシ化植物油化合物が5.6〜46.20重量%、ビニルエーテル化合物が0〜44.4重量%の範囲で含まれる放射線硬化性組成物をインクジェット用インクに用いた。

Description
この実験A1〜A30においては、液状成分におけるオキセタン環含有化合物に3−エチル−3−(フェノキシメチル)オキセタン[東亞合成(株)製:OXT221]を、エポキシ化植物油化合物にエポキシ化大豆油[(株)アデカ製:O−130P]を、ビニルエーテル化合物に1,4−ブタンジオールジビニルエーテル[日本カーバイト工業(株)製:BDVE]を用いるようにした。
この実験B1〜B3においては、液状成分におけるオキセタン環含有化合物に実験A1〜A30と同じ3−エチル−3−(フェノキシメチル)オキセタン[東亞合成(株)製:OXT221]を、エポキシ化植物油化合物に実験A1〜A30と同じエポキシ化大豆油[(株)アデカ製:O−130P]を用いる一方、ビニルエーテル化合物にトリエチレングリコールジビニルエーテル[日本カーバイト工業(株)製:DVE−3]を用いるようにした。
Claims (5)
- オキセタン環含有化合物とエポキシ化植物油化合物とビニルエーテル化合物とを含む液状成分に重合開始剤が添加され、上記の液状成分におけるオキセタン環含有化合物とエポキシ化植物油化合物とビニルエーテル化合物との合計量に対して、オキセタン環含有化合物が29.4〜90.0重量%、エポキシ化植物油化合物が5.6〜46.2重量%、ビニルエーテル化合物が0〜44.4重量%の範囲で含まれることを特徴とする放射線硬化性組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の放射線硬化性組成物において、上記の液状成分におけるオキセタン環含有化合物とエポキシ化植物油化合物とビニルエーテル化合物との合計量に対するオキセタン環含有化合物とエポキシ化植物油化合物とビニルエーテル化合物との重量比率が、これらの重量比率を示した図において、オキセタン環含有化合物の重量比率X1と、エポキシ化植物油化合物の重量比率X2と、ビニルエーテル化合物の重量比率X3とした(X1,X2,X3)の点における(90.0,10.0,0.0)の点Y1と、(80.0,20.0,0.0)の点Y2と、(54.5,36.4,9.1)の点Y3と、(30.8,46.2,23.1)の点Y4と、(29.4,29.4,41.2)の点Y5と、(33.3,22.4,44.4)の点Y6と、(50.0,5.6,44.4)の点Y7とを結んで囲まれた領域内であることを特徴とする放射線硬化性組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の放射線硬化性組成物において、上記の液状成分におけるオキセタン環含有化合物とエポキシ化植物油化合物とビニルエーテル化合物との合計量に対するオキセタン環含有化合物とエポキシ化植物油化合物とビニルエーテル化合物との重量比率が、これらの重量比率を示した図において、オキセタン環含有化合物の重量比率X1と、エポキシ化植物油化合物の重量比率X2と、ビニルエーテル化合物の重量比率X3とした(X1,X2,X3)の点における(72.7,18.2,9.1)の点Y8と、(38.5,38.5.23.1)の点Y9と、(31.3,31.3,37.5)の点Y10と、(47.1,11.8,41.2)の点Y11とを結んで囲まれた領域内であることを特徴とする放射線硬化性組成物。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の放射線硬化性組成物において、上記のエポキシ化植物油化合物が、エポキシ化大豆油化合物とエポキシ化亜麻仁油化合物とから選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする放射線硬化性組成物。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載した放射線硬化性組成物に顔料が分散されてなることを特徴とするインクジェット用インク。
