Abstract
【解決手段】 ポリアミド分離機能層を有する複合半透膜の製造方法であって、微多孔性支持膜上に多官能アミンと多官能酸ハロゲン化物との界面重縮合によってポリアミド分離機能層を形成する工程Aと、前記ポリアミド分離機能層をアンモニアと接触させる工程B、さらにイソシアナート化試薬と接触させる工程Cを含むことを特徴とする複合半透膜の製造方法。

Description
(1)ポリアミド分離機能層を有する複合半透膜の製造方法であって、微多孔性支持膜上に多官能アミンと多官能酸ハロゲン化物との界面重縮合によってポリアミド分離機能層を形成する工程Aと、前記ポリアミド分離機能層をアンモニアと接触させる工程B、さらにイソシアナート化試薬と接触させる工程Cを含むことを特徴とする複合半透膜の製造方法。
(2)前記イソシアナート化試薬がハロゲンのアルカリ水溶液であることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の複合半透膜の製造方法。
(3)工程Cの後にイソシアナートを加水分解する工程Dを含む上記(1)または(2)に記載の複合半透膜の製造方法。

供給水(海水)が膜透過した水量を、膜面1平方メートル当たり、1日あたりの透水量(立方メートル)でもって表した(m3/m2/d)。
ポリエステル不織布(通気度0.5〜1cc/cm2/sec)上にポリスルホンの15.3重量%DMF溶液を200μmの厚みで室温(25℃)でキャストし、ただちに純水中に浸漬して5分間放置することによって微多孔性支持膜を作製した。
ポリアミド分離機能層をアンモニア溶液および臭素溶液と接触させないこと以外は実施例1と同様の工程により膜を作成した。評価結果を表1に示す。

実施例1と同様の工程により製膜した多孔性支持膜を、m−PDAの3.4重量%水溶液中に2分間浸漬し、該支持膜を垂直方向にゆっくりと引き上げ、エアーノズルから窒素を吹き付け支持膜表面から余分な水溶液を取り除いた後、TMC0.15重量%を含むn−デカン溶液を表面が完全に濡れるように塗布して1分間静置した。次に、膜から余分な溶液を除去するために膜を1分間垂直に把持して液切りし、室温で30秒間風乾した後、90℃の熱水で2分間洗浄した。最後に、硫酸でpH3とした2000ppmの亜硝酸ナトリウム水溶液に35秒間浸漬し、ポリアミド複合半透膜を得た。評価結果を表1に示す。

Claims (3)
- ポリアミド分離機能層を有する複合半透膜の製造方法であって、微多孔性支持膜上に多官能アミンと多官能酸ハロゲン化物との界面重縮合によってポリアミド分離機能層を形成する工程Aと、前記ポリアミド分離機能層をアンモニアと接触させる工程B、さらにイソシアナート化試薬と接触させる工程Cを含むことを特徴とする複合半透膜の製造方法。
- 前記イソシアナート化試薬がハロゲンのアルカリ水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合半透膜の製造方法。
- 工程Cの後にイソシアナートを加水分解する工程Dを含む請求項1または2に記載の複合半透膜の製造方法。
