Abstract
Description
天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム、ブタジエンゴム、変性ブタジエンゴムおよび1,2−シンジオタクチック結晶を含むポリブタジエンゴムよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のジエン系ゴムを20〜70質量%含有するゴム成分100質量部に対して、
(B)式(B1):
で示されるアルキルフェノール・塩化硫黄縮合物を0.5〜10質量部、
(C)硫黄を0〜0.45質量部、
(D)シリカを10〜100質量部
含有するキャップトレッド用ゴム組成物に関する。

ハイシスBR:宇部興産(株)製のBR150B(重量平均分子量:50×104、分子量分布(Mw/Mn):3.3、シス−1,4−ブタジエン単位量:97重量%、High−Cisタイプ)
変性BR:日本ゼオン(株)製の1250H(スズ変性BR、リチウム開始剤:リチウム、スズ原子の含有量:250ppm、Mw/Mn:1.5、ビニル結合量:10〜13質量%)
SPB含有BR:宇部興産(株)製のVCR617(1,2−シンジオタクチックポリブタジエン結晶分散体、1,2−シンジオタクチックポリブタジエン結晶の含有率:17重量%、1,2−シンジオタクチックポリブタジエン結晶の融点:200℃、沸騰n−ヘキサン不溶物の含有率:15〜18重量%)
変性スチレンブタジエンゴム(変性SBR):JSR(株)製のHPR340(変性S−SBR、結合スチレン量:10質量%、アルコキシルシランでカップリングし、末端に導入)

PK900:フレキシス社製のPK900(1,3−ビス(シトラコンイミドメチル)ベンゼン)
変性クレゾール:住友化学工業(株)製のスミカノール610(化学式3においてn=16〜17)
アルキルフェノール・塩化硫黄縮合物、硫黄および加硫促進剤を除く各種薬品を、表1に示す配合量にしたがって、バンバリーミキサーにて混練りした。得られた混練り物に、アルキルフェノール塩化硫黄縮合物、硫黄および加硫促進剤を、表1に示す配合量添加し、オープンロールにて混練りし、未加硫ゴム組成物を得た。そして、得られた未加硫ゴム組成物を、170℃の条件下で12分間加硫することにより、実施例1〜8および比較例1〜5の試験用ゴムシートを作製し、得られた試験用ゴムシートを用いて以下に示す試験をおこなった。
(株)岩本製作所製の粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用いて、初期歪10%、動歪2%および周波数10Hzの条件下で、30℃における加硫ゴム組成物の複素弾性率E*および損失正接tanδを測定した。なお、E*が大きいほど、剛性が高く、硬度が高いことを示し、tanδが小さいほど低発熱性に優れることを示す。
前記加硫ゴム組成物からからなる3号ダンベル型試験片を用いて、JIS K 6251「加硫ゴムおよび熱可塑性ゴム−引張特性の求め方」に準じて引張試験を実施し、破断時伸びEB(%)を測定した。EBが大きいほどゴム強度が優れることを示す。
ランボーン型摩耗試験機を用いて、室温でスリップ率20%の条件で摩耗試験を行なった。摩耗量の逆数を、比較例1を100(基準)として指数表示をした。数値が大きいほど耐摩耗性が向上していることを示している。
(株)上島製作所製のスペクトロメーターを用いて動的歪振幅2%、周波数10%、温度60℃の条件でtanδを測定した。tanδの値の逆数を、比較例1を100(基準)として指数表示をした。数値が大きいほど転がり抵抗が低減されていることを示している。
各実施例および比較例で得られたゴム組成物により得られたタイヤを用いて、当該タイヤを装着した普通乗用車にてテストコースにおいて官能試験を実施した。点数が高い(6点満点)ほど操縦安定性が良好である。
Claims (5)
- (A)変性スチレンブタジエンゴムを30〜80質量%ならびに
天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム、ブタジエンゴム、変性ブタジエンゴムおよび1,2−シンジオタクチック結晶を含むポリブタジエンゴムよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のジエン系ゴムを20〜70質量%含有するゴム成分100質量部に対して、
(B)式(B1):
(式中、R1〜R3は同じかまたは異なり、いずれも炭素数5〜12のアルキル基;xおよびyは同じかまたは異なり、いずれも2〜4の整数;nは0〜10の整数である)
で示されるアルキルフェノール・塩化硫黄縮合物を0.5〜10質量部、
(C)硫黄を0〜0.45質量部、
(D)シリカを10〜100質量部
含有するキャップトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - さらに、ゴム成分(A)100質量部に対して、(E)カーボンブラックを2〜50質量部含有する請求項1記載のキャップトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- さらに、ゴム成分(A)100質量部に対して、(F)シトラコンイミド化合物を0.1〜5質量部含有する請求項1または2記載のキャップトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のキャップトレッド用ゴム組成物を含むキャップトレッドを有するタイヤ。
