Claims (4)
- システム接地を基準とし、正の高圧側電源電圧へ反映される制御電圧(V1)を有する高圧側負荷の両端の電圧を調節するための、特に自動車両内のファンを調節するための電子制御装置であって、
前記制御電圧(V1)は、共通エミッタ接続で動作する第1のトランジスタ(Q1)のベースに供給され、前記トランジスタ(Q1)は、エミッタ回路内に第1の抵抗器(R1)を有し、コレクタ回路内に、第2の抵抗器(R2)、及び、第2の抵抗器(R2)と直列の第2のトランジスタ(Q2)のベース−エミッタダイオードを有し、
前記第2のトランジスタ(Q2)は、前記第1のトランジスタ(Q1)と同じ導電型であり、
前記第1及び第2のトランジスタ(Q1、Q2)は、パラメータが整合していると共に同じ導電型の熱的に結合されたトランジスタであり、
前記第2のトランジスタ(Q2)のベース−エミッタダイオードは、前記第1のトランジスタ(Q1)のベース−エミッタダイオードの影響を補償し、これにより、前記第2のトランジスタ(Q2)のベース−エミッタ経路と前記第2の抵抗器(R2)から構成される直列接続の両端の電圧降下は、前記第1のトランジスタ(Q1)のベース−エミッタ経路と前記第1の抵抗器(R1)から構成される直列接続の両端の電圧降下の所定の鏡像となり、
前記第2のトランジスタ(Q2)のベース−エミッタ部分と前記第2の抵抗器(R2)から構成される直列接続の両端の電圧降下は、調節のためのコマンド変数として働く電子制御装置。 - コントローラ(U1A)に供給される入力電圧が、負荷が供給される正電源電位を基準とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 電源電圧変動の場合に、前記負荷電圧の調節は、抵抗の整合に無関係であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の制御装置。
- 前記構成は、閉回路電流消費が前記抵抗器(R1からR4)の範囲設定に無関係であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。
