2AlOOH+3H2SO4 → Al2(SO4)3+4H2O
3Al2(SO4)3+14H2O → 2(H3O)Al3(SO4)2(OH)6(s)+5H2SO4
Claims (7)
- 複合浸出プロセスであって、常圧浸出(AL)を含む第1の段階と加圧浸出(HPAL)とを含む第2の段階を含む連続する2以上の浸出段階の複合的実行による、可溶成分の溶解プロセスを有し、前記複合プロセスは、中粒径分画(±<0.5>0.075mm:0.075mm超0.5mm未満)(1)が前記常圧浸出(AL)に供給されて起こり、その結果、鉄およびアルミニウムが高濃度で溶解しており、残留酸度の高い排液(3)が生成され、前記排液(3)が、次の微細粒径分画(0.075mm未満)(4)の前記加圧酸浸出(HPAL)中に供給されることを特徴とする複合浸出プロセス。
- 前記第1の複合浸出段階において、鉱石の前記中粒径分画(0.075mm超0.5mm未満)(1)が、前記硫酸溶液(2)と混合され、温度約95℃(T1)、固体比33%、撹拌速度130rpm、6時間の前記常圧浸出(AL)に供給され、前記常圧浸出中のNi抽出は90%を越え、鉄およびアルミニウムの両方の多量の溶解が起こり、鉄およびアルミニウムの両方が前記溶液中に残存することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合浸出プロセス。
- 前記第2の複合浸出段階中に、前記第1の浸出(AL)の前記排液(3)が、硫酸(2)および微細な分画のパルプ((±<0.075mm:0.075mm未満)(4)と共に、温度250℃(T2)、撹拌速度500rpm、圧力650psi、固体比34%、75分間の前記加圧浸出(HPAL)のために前記オートクレーブ(5)に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合浸出プロセス。
- 前記常圧浸出(AL)からの前記排液(3)は遊離酸度を示し、加圧浸出(HPAL)で再利用され、硫酸鉄(III)および硫酸アルミニウム(III)の加水分解反応が起こり、Feがヘマタイトの形で、Alがミョウバン石の形で析出して、硫酸(2)が再生されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の複合浸出プロセス。
- 前記排液(3)の遊離酸の前記再利用と、硫酸鉄(III)およびアルミニウム(III)からの硫酸(2)の前記再生によって、前記加圧浸出(HPAL)に添加される硫酸の体積(2)が、硫酸の総消費量(2)が平均わずか60%に削減されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合浸出プロセス。
- 遊離酸度が高く、溶液中の鉄およびアルミニウムの濃度が高い前記常圧浸出(AL)からの前記排液溶液(3)を、前記加圧浸出(HPAL)に供給することで、溶解されている鉄およびアルミニウムが析出し、前記硫酸酸(2)が再生される前記加水分解プロセスにより、前記硫酸(2)の添加量の40%の削減が達成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合浸出プロセス。
- 前記複合浸出において、ニッケルの抽出に害を与えずに、前記添加される硫酸(2)が約40%と相当量削減され、プロジェクトの経済的な実現可能性に直接影響することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の複合浸出プロセス。
