Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、制振溶融パッド組成物であって、アスファルト、EVA H2020、油ヤシ繊維、水硬性石灰および油ヤシオレインを含むものに関する。

Description
(a)アスファルト-10〜30重量%、好ましくは20重量%、
(b)エチレンビニルアセテート-3〜10重量%、好ましくは3重量%、
(c)油ヤシ繊維-3〜30重量%、好ましくは6重量%、
(d)石灰-40〜75重量%、好ましくは70重量%、および
(e)オレイン-0.2〜1.5重量%、好ましくは1重量%。
Claims (8)
- (a) 10〜30重量%、好ましくは20重量%のアスファルト、
(b) 3〜10重量%、好ましくは3重量%のアセテート、
(c) 3〜30重量%、好ましくは6重量%の繊維、
(d) 40〜75重量%、好ましくは70重量%石灰、および
(e) 0.2〜1.5重量%、好ましくは1重量%のオレイン
を含む制振溶融パッド組成物。 - 前記アセテートがエチレンビニルアセテートである請求項1に記載の制振溶融パッド組成物。
- 前記エチレンビニルアセテートがEVA H2020である請求項2に記載の制振溶融パッド組成物。
- 前記繊維が500μm未満の長さを有する請求項1に記載の制振溶融パッド組成物。
- 前記繊維が油ヤシ繊維である請求項4に記載の制振溶融パッド組成物。
- 前記石灰が水硬性石灰である請求項1に記載の制振溶融パッド組成物。
- 前記オレインが油ヤシオレインである請求項1に記載の制振溶融パッド組成物。
- 自動車産業および音響産業等の様々な産業において使用される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の制振溶融パッド組成物。
