Abstract
【解決手段】支持材(3)の上且つ被覆材(2)の下に配置されることを意図した音響増強システムであり、支持材に面して配置されることを予定する第1層(10)の可撓性層、第1層の可撓性層に結合され、支持材の反対側に配置されることを予定する第2層(11)の硬質層、及び減衰手段(12、13)を含み、この減衰手段(12)は第2層(11)の硬質層に一体化されるか、又は第2層(11)の硬質層の上且つ第1層(10)の可撓性層の反対側に配置される第3層(13)の減衰層を形成している音響増強システムとする。

Claims (17)
- 支持材(3)の上且つ被覆材(2)の下に配置されることを意図した音響増強システム(1)であって、該支持材に面して配置されることを意図した第1層(10)の可撓性層、該第1層の可撓性層に結合され該支持材の反対側に配置されることを意図した第2層(11)の硬質層、及び減衰手段(12、13)を含み、該減衰手段(12)は該第2層(11)の硬質層に一体化されるか、又は該第2層(11)の硬質層の上且つ第1層(10)の可撓性層の反対側に配置される第3層(13)の減衰層を形成する、音響増強システム。
- 前記減衰手段(12)を一体化する前記硬質層(11)が、20℃及び1000Hzにおいて、少なくとも0.06に等しく、好ましくは0.1よりも大きい動的損失率tanδを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記硬質層(11)に一体化される前記減衰手段(12)が、ボール、顆粒、リサイクルされた材料のスクラップなどの、凝集体の形態になっている、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記減衰層(13)が、20℃及び1000Hzにおいて、少なくとも0.3に等しく、好ましくは1よりも大きい動的損失率tanδ、及び5×106Paと108Paの間の動的ヤング率E’を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記減衰層(13)が、シート、フィルム、流延された樹脂、又は塗布可能な材料で構成される1種以上の粘弾性プラスチック材料から構成される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記減衰層(13)が、被覆材を当該システムに結合するための接着剤で構成される、請求項4又は5に記載のシステム。
- 前記減衰手段(12、13)が、EVAを基礎材料とするタイプのポリマー、アクリルタイプ、ポリビニルブチラールタイプ、特に、増強された音響減衰特性を有するポリビニルブチラールタイプ、のうちの1種以上の粘弾性ポリマー材料から構成される、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記減衰手段を含まずに単独のものと見なされる前記硬質層(11)が、20℃及び1000Hzにおいて、少なくとも108Pa、好ましくは109Paと30×109Paの間の動的ヤング率E’を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記減衰手段を含まずに単独のものと見なされる前記硬質層(11)が、少なくとも3mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2層(11)の硬質層が、有機又は無機バインダー、又はビチューメン、又は凝集繊維、又は合成複合材料を基礎材料としている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性層(10)が、無機物及び/又は合成物の繊維材料タイプ、ガラス繊維及び/又はポリエステル繊維タイプ、合成気泡層タイプの、例えばポリエチレン又はポリウレタンの、好ましくは単位面積当たりの見かけの動的剛性率S’tが8.8×106N/m3よりも小さい、開放気孔を有する層である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1層(10)の可撓性層が、2kPaの負荷の下で3mmと7mmの間の厚さdFを有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 当該システムがプレートの形態であるとともに、前記硬質層(11)及び減衰手段(12、13)を前記可撓性層(10)に結合したものとして含み、当該減衰手段が当該硬質層に一体化されるか又は第3層を構成している、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1層(10)の可撓性層が、広げられて、被覆すべき支持材表面の寸法に切り取られる、ロールの形態をしている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記減衰手段(12)を一体化しているか又は一体化していない前記第2層(11)の硬質層と、必要に応じ減衰層(13)が、一緒に接合されてプレートの形になっている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記減衰層(13)又は、前記硬質層(11)が前記減衰手段(12)を一体化している場合には、前記硬質層(11)が、当該システムの他の構成要素上に配設される被覆材に一緒に結合されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 床、壁又は天井被覆材のための下層又は下敷として使用される、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
