Abstract

Claims (10)
- 患者の頭蓋の解剖学的構造の画像を位置揃えするシステム(300、500)であって、
患者の頭蓋の解剖学的構造の第一の画像を生成する第一のイメージャ(340、540)と、
前記患者の頭蓋の解剖学的構造の第二の画像を生成する第二のイメージャ(340、540)であって、前記第一のイメージャとは異なる撮像モダリティを含んでいる第二のイメージャ(340、540)と、
前記患者の頭蓋の解剖学的構造の内部に挿入される医療装置(320、520)と、
前記患者の頭蓋の解剖学的構造の位置揃え済み画像を作成するために前記第一の画像を前記第二の画像に位置揃えする画像プロセッサ(361、561)と、
前記位置揃え済み画像に関する前記医療装置(320、520)の位置を表示する表示装置と
を備えたシステム(300、500)。 - 前記第二のイメージャ(340、540)は、前記患者の頭蓋の解剖学的構造の第三の画像を生成し、前記画像プロセッサ(361、561)は、前記第三の画像に基づいて前記位置揃え済み画像を修正する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第二のイメージャ(340、540)は、前記患者の頭蓋の解剖学的構造の第三の画像を生成し、前記画像プロセッサ(361、561)は、前記患者の頭蓋の解剖学的構造の再位置揃え済み画像を生成するために、前記位置揃え済み画像を前記第三の画像に位置揃えする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第一のイメージャ(340、540)は三次元イメージャであり、前記第二のイメージャ(340、540)は二次元イメージャである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 医学的処置を実行するシステム(300、500)であって、
患者の解剖学的構造の内部に配置され、風船カテーテル(324)を含んでいる医療装置(320、520)と、
患者の解剖学的構造の第一の画像を取得する第一のイメージャ(340、540)と、
患者の解剖学的構造の第二の画像を取得する第二のイメージャ(340、540)と、
前記患者の解剖学的構造の位置揃え済み画像を作成するために、画像式位置揃え手法を用いて前記第一の画像を前記第二の画像に位置揃えする画像プロセッサ(361、561)と、
前記位置揃え済み画像の内部に前記医療装置(320、520)の位置を表示することが可能なワークステーション(360、560)と
を備えたシステム。 - 前記風船カテーテル(324)は患者の副鼻洞通路の内部で膨張する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像プロセッサ(361、561)は、前記医療装置(320、520)の位置変化に応じて前記位置揃え済み画像の内部の前記医療装置(320、520)の表示位置を更新する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 医療装置(320、520)をナビゲートする方法であって、
患者の解剖学的構造の第一の画像を取得するステップと、
前記患者の解剖学的構造の内部に医療装置(320、520)を挿入するステップと、
前記患者の解剖学的構造の内部に配置された前記医療装置(320、520)の第二の画像を取得するステップと、
前記患者の解剖学的構造の内部に配置された前記医療装置(320、520)の位置揃え済み画像を作成するために、前記第一の画像を前記第二の画像に位置揃えするステップと、
前記患者の解剖学的構造の内部に配置された前記医療装置(320、520)の前記位置揃え済み画像を表示するステップと
を備えた方法。 - 第三の画像を取得するステップと、前記患者の解剖学的構造の内部に配置された前記医療装置(320、520)の再位置揃え済み画像を作成するために、前記第三の画像を前記位置揃え済み画像に位置揃えするステップとをさらに含んでいる請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記位置揃えするステップは、画像式位置揃え手法を利用する、請求項8に記載の方法。
