Abstract
洗浄液の吸引性能を落とさず、反応容器,装置を大型化することなく、反応容器停止位置精度に影響されずに洗浄水吸引用吸い上げ部材が確実に反応容器に挿入される洗浄機構を備えた信頼性の高い自動分析装置を提供する。
【解決手段】
吸い上げ部材が取付けられている洗浄液吸引用ノズルを設置するノズル保持具に位置決め用部材を取付ける。この位置決め用部材は吸い上げ部材よりも低い位置にあり、上下動が可能な構造となっており、洗浄機構下降動作時に吸い上げ部材よりも先に反応容器に接近・挿入することにより、反応容器停止位置がずれた場合に吸い上げ部材挿入位置を補正する。

Claims (4)
- 試料と試薬を混合する反応容器と、
前記反応容器を設置し洗浄位置に移送する反応ディスクと、
前記反応容器の洗浄水を吸引する洗浄水吸引ノズルと、
該洗浄水吸引ノズルに取付けられた吸い上げ部材と、
該洗浄水吸引ノズルを移動させる移動機構と、
を備えた自動分析装置において、
前記反応容器に設けられた位置決めガイドの位置に基づき、前記洗浄水吸引ノズルを反応容器に挿入するよう前記移動機構を制御する制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記位置決めガイドはガイドピンまたはテーパ穴であることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項2記載の自動分析装置において、
前記移動機構に前記位置決めガイドと嵌合するテーパ穴またはガイドピンを備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項3記載の自動分析装置において、
前記移動機構の設けられたテーパ穴またはガイドピンは、前記吸い上げ部材より下方に位置することを特徴とする自動分析装置。
