Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の封着材料は、ガラス粉末と耐火性フィラー粉末を含有する封着材料において、(1)体積%で、ガラス粉末35〜75%、耐火性フィラー粉末25〜65%を含有し、(2)熱膨張係数が70×10-7/℃未満であり、(3)ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、質量%で、Bi2O3 55〜85%、B2O3 5〜20%、ZnO 1〜15%、SiO2 0〜7%含有することを特徴とする。

Description
(1)外管およびランプ基材の熱膨張係数と整合していること、つまり低膨張であること。
(2)外管およびランプ基材の耐熱温度以下で封着できること、具体的には600℃以下の温度で良好に流動すること。
(3)耐失透性に優れること、具体的には600℃以下の温度で失透し難いこと。
(4)PbO等の環境負荷物質を極力含有しないこと。
A:Li、Na、K、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Zn、Cu、Ni、Mn等
B:Zr、Ti、Sn、Nb、Al、Sc、Y等
M:Si、W、Mo等)
若しくはこれらの固溶体が使用可能である。

Claims (13)
- ガラス粉末と耐火性フィラー粉末を含有する封着材料において、
(1)体積%で、ガラス粉末35〜75%、耐火性フィラー粉末25〜65%を含有し、
(2)熱膨張係数が70×10-7/℃未満であり、
(3)ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、質量%で、Bi2O3 55〜85%、B2O3 5〜20%、ZnO 1〜15%、SiO2 0〜7%含有することを特徴とする封着材料。 - 熱膨張係数が65×10-7/℃未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封着材料。
- 熱膨張係数が60×10-7/℃未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末が、実質的にZnOおよび/またはP2O5を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末が、コーディエライトであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、更に、BaOを1〜10質量%含有し、且つモル比でZnO/BaOの値が3より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、質量%で、Bi2O3 60〜77%未満、B2O3 6〜15%、ZnO 5〜15%、BaO 1〜9%、CuO 0〜5%、Fe2O3 0〜2%、SiO2 1〜5%(但し、1%は含まない)、Al2O3 0〜5%含有し、且つモル比でZnO/BaOの値が3より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 非結晶性であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 実質的にPbOを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 軟化点が570℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 30〜65×10-7/℃の熱膨張係数を有する材料の封着に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- ランプの封着に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 封着材料を所定形状に焼結させた封着タブレットにおいて、
封着材料が請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の封着材料であることを特徴とする封着タブレット。
