Abstract
【解決手段】ビスマス系ガラスと耐火性フィラーを含有するビスマス系封着材料において、耐火性フィラーが、下記酸化物換算の重量%表示でSiO2 30〜100%、Al2O3 0〜45%、ZnO 0〜35%、ZrO2 0〜20%、TiO2 0〜20%、Li2O 0〜10%、MgO 0〜25%の組成を含有し、且つ耐火性フィラーのうち、粒子径5μm以下の粒子の体積割合を15〜70%とする。

Claims (12)
- ビスマス系ガラスと耐火性フィラーを含有するビスマス系封着材料において、耐火性フィラーは、組成として、下記酸化物換算の重量%表示でSiO2 30〜100%、Al2O3 0〜45%、ZnO 0〜35%、ZrO2 0〜20%、TiO2 0〜20%、Li2O 0〜10%、MgO 0〜25%を含有し、且つ耐火性フィラーのうち、粒子径5μm以下の粒子の割合が15〜70%であることを特徴とするビスマス系封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラーの比表面積が0.5〜4.0m2/gであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビスマス系封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラーがコーディエライトを主結晶とする結晶物であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のビスマス系封着材料。
- 体積%表示で、ビスマス系ガラス40〜95%、耐火性フィラー5〜60%含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のビスマス系封着材料。
- ビスマス系ガラスは、ガラス組成として、下記酸化物換算のモル%表示でBi2O3 30〜60%、B2O3 10〜40%、ZnO 10〜50%、BaO+SrO+MgO+CaO 0〜15%、CuO 0〜10%、Fe2O3 0〜5%、SiO2+Al2O3 0〜15%、WO3 0〜5%、Sb2O3 0〜5%、In2O3+Ga2O3 0〜5%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のビスマス系封着材料。
- 実質的にPbOを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のビスマス系封着材料。
- ビスマス系ガラスの結晶化温度をT1(℃)とし、ビスマス系封着材料の結晶化温度をT2(℃)としたときに、T2−T1≧5℃の関係を満たすことを特徴とするビスマス系封着材料。
- ビスマス系ガラスと耐火性フィラーを含有するビスマス系封着材料において、耐火性フィラーは、組成として、下記酸化物換算の重量%表示でSiO2 30〜100%、Al2O3 0〜45%、ZnO 0〜35%、ZrO2 0〜20%、TiO2 0〜20%、Li2O 0〜10%、MgO 0〜25%を含有し、且つ耐火性フィラーの10%粒子径D10が0.3〜5.5μmであることを特徴とするビスマス系封着材料。
- ビスマス系ガラスと耐火性フィラーを含有するビスマス系封着材料において、耐火性フィラーは、組成として、下記酸化物換算の重量%表示でSiO2 30〜100%、Al2O3 0〜45%、ZnO 0〜35%、ZrO2 0〜20%、TiO2 0〜20%、Li2O 0〜10%、MgO 0〜25%を含有し、且つ耐火性フィラーの90%粒子径D90が8〜45μmであることを特徴とするビスマス系封着材料。
- 電子部品または平面表示装置の封着に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のビスマス系封着材料。
- プラズマディスプレイの封着に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のビスマス系封着材料。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のビスマス系封着材料と、溶剤と、樹脂とを含有することを特徴とするビスマス系ペースト材料。
