Abstract
Description
12−タングスト燐酸H3[PW12O40].xH2O、
12−モリブド燐酸H3[PMo12O40].xH2O、
12−タングスト珪酸H4[SiW12O40].xH2O
12−モリブド珪酸H4[SiMo12O40].xH2O
触媒Aの作成
ロジウム置換へテロポリ酸触媒を次のように作成した。室温にて窒素の下で、酢酸ロジウム(アルドリッチ社、FW=221.00、1g)をメタノール(50ml)に撹拌しながら60分間にわたり溶解させた。ロジウム混合物の撹拌後、12−タングストリン酸(H3[PW12O40].xH2O(アルドリッチ社FW2280、13g)を撹拌しながら1時間かけて添加した。次いで5.9gのシリカ(グレース社、等級G57)を添加した。この溶液を次いで4時間にわたり撹拌した。4時間の後、フラスコを回転蒸発器に移し、メタノールを330ミリバールの減圧下で1時間にわたり除去し、次いで更に60分間にわたり100ミリバールの圧力下で除去した。Rh対ヘテロポリ酸のモル比は1:1となり、ヘテロポリ酸は触媒と支持体との総重量の65.4重量%を構成した。
窒素下に室温にて、酢酸ロジウム(アルドリッチ社、FW=221.00、0.5g)をメタノール(50ml)に撹拌しながら30分間かけて溶解させた。ロジウム混合物の撹拌後、0.23gの酢酸リチウムを撹拌しながら30分間かけて添加した。この混合物に12−タングスト燐酸(H3[PW12O40].xH2O、アルドリッチ社、FW2280、13g)を撹拌しながら1時間にわたり添加した。次いで5.9gのシリカ(グレース社、等級G57)を添加した。この溶液を次いで4時間撹拌した。4時間の後、フラスコを回転蒸発器に移し、メタノールを330ミリバールの減圧下に1時間にわたり除去すると共に、次いで100ミリバールの圧力下で更に60分間にわたり除去した。Rh対ヘテロポリ酸のモル比は0.5:1となり、Rh:Liのモル比は1:1となり、かつヘテロポリ酸は触媒と支持体との合計重量の67.1重量%を構成した。
触媒1の手順を反復したが、ただし0.22gの酢酸カリウムを酢酸リチウムの代わりに使用した。触媒の実験式はシリカ上のRh0.5K0.5H2W12O40となった。

5gの触媒を直径1インチおよびチューブの真ん中に位置せしめた支持フリットを有するガラス反応器に充填した。次いで反応器には触媒の上方にガラスウールを充填した。反応器の頂部セクションの残部にはカーボランダムを充填して、反応器におけるデッドスペースを最小化した。
Claims (29)
- 一酸化炭素をアルコールおよび/またはその反応性誘導体からなる供給物と蒸気相にて接触させることによるカルボニル化生成物を製造するためのカルボニル化方法において、ロジウム、イリジウム、銅およびパラジウムから選択される少なくとも1種の金属とリチウム、ナトリウム、カリウムおよびルビジウムよりなる群から選択される第IA族金属とによりイオン交換または充填された不均質ヘテロポリ酸触媒を使用することを特徴とするカルボニル化方法。
- 第IA族金属をリチウムおよびルビジウムから選択する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第IA族金属がルビジウムである請求項2に記載の方法。
- ヘテロポリ酸触媒が式H3M12XO40により示され、ここでMはタングステン、モリブデン、クロム、バナジウム、タンタルもしくはニオブであり、Xは燐もしくは珪素である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- Mがタングステンもしくはモリブデンであり、Xが燐もしくは珪素である請求項4に記載の方法。
- ヘテロポリ酸を12−タングスト燐酸H3[PW12O40].xH2O、12−モリブド燐酸H3[PMo12O40].xH2O、12−タングスト珪酸H4[SiW12O40].xH2Oおよび12−モリブド珪酸H4[SiMo12O40].xH2Oよりなる群から選択する請求項4に記載の方法。
- ヘテロポリ酸に充填またはイオン交換される金属の総量を、少なくとも0.5個のプロトンがヘテロポリ酸により保持されるようにする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ヘテロポリ酸触媒を不活性支持体に支持する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 支持体が酸化物または非酸化物支持体である請求項8に記載の方法。
- ヘテロポリ酸を、ヘテロポリ酸と支持体との合計重量に対し20〜80重量%の充填量にて存在させる請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- ヘテロポリ酸充填量が30〜70重量%である請求項10に記載の方法。
- アルコールがC1〜C12脂肪族アルコールである請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アルコールがC1〜C6脂肪族アルコールである請求項12に記載の方法。
- アルコールをメタノール、エタノール、プロパノール、イソプロパノール、ブタノール、ペンタノールおよびヘキサノールから選択する請求項13に記載の方法。
- アルコールがメタノールである請求項14に記載の方法。
- アルコールの反応性誘導体をジアルキルエーテル、エステルおよびハロゲン化アルキルの少なくとも1種から選択する請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- メタノールの反応性誘導体を使用すると共に、前記反応性誘導体が酢酸メチル、ジメチルエーテルおよび沃化メチルの少なくとも1種である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 供給物がメタノールおよび酢酸メチルからなる請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガス空時速度(GHSV)が100〜10000h−1の範囲である請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- (GHSV)が500〜5000h−1の範囲である請求項19に記載の方法。
- プロセスを1〜100bargの範囲の圧力にて行う請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 圧力が1〜20bargの範囲である請求項21に記載の方法。
- プロセスを100〜300℃の範囲の温度にて行う請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 温度が150〜250℃の範囲である請求項23に記載の方法。
- カルボニル化生成物がカルボン酸および/またはカルボン酸エステルである請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- カルボン酸が酢酸であり、カルボン酸エステルが酢酸メチルである請求項25に記載の方法。
- プロセスを連続式もしくはバッチ式プロセスにて操作する請求項1〜26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- プロセスが連続方法である請求項27に記載の方法。
- カルボニル化生成物が酢酸および/または酢酸メチルであり、供給物がメタノールおよび/または酢酸メチルからなり、さらに触媒がロジウムとリチウムおよびルビジウムから選択される第IA族金属とによりイオン交換もしくは充填された支持タングスト燐酸ヘテロポリ酸である請求項1に記載の方法。
