Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、生体適合性合成材料からなる可撓性で多孔性の構造をもち、少なくとも1種の抗菌剤の粒子を含有する抗菌性埋入物に関する。

Description
粒状ポリウレタン1200gとクロロホルム13500g(9リットル)を撹拌槽に入れ、約270rpmで72時間撹拌して、完全に溶解させる。
銀含量0.1%の吹付け溶液→銀含量1.2%の人口血管
銀含量0.5%の吹付け溶液→銀含量6.1%の人口血管
銀含量1.0%の吹付け溶液→銀含量12.3%の人口血管
PU製人工血管の気孔率および細孔径
気孔率 50%(自由体積)
細孔径 細孔の95%が0.1〜100μmの間の細孔径をもつ。大部分(細孔の50%より多く)が1〜10μmの間の径をもつ。最も共有されている細孔径は1μmである。
方法: 試験対象人工血管を水で満たし、増大していく圧に曝露する。外面に水が認められると、直ちに圧を記録し、試験を中止する。この圧が透水圧である。PU製人口血管の透水圧は、250〜320mmHgである。
1)試験方法
検体を、試験対象菌株の細胞とともにインキュベートし、娘細胞の周囲への増殖を、光学濃度によって確認する。
スタフィロコッカス・エピデルミディス9142(〜106CFU/ml)
2)操作法
人工血管を、大きさ7x4mmの試験片に切断し、試験片当りn=8の回数で調査を行なった。
銀配合ポリウレタン製人工血管
最初のPU/クロロホルム溶液を基準にした添加ナノ銀の含量は、0.1%、0.5%および1.0%(PU基準の重量百分率で1.2%、6.1%、12.3%)であった。
Claims (19)
- 生体適合性合成材料からなる可撓性で多孔性のウェブ構造をもつ抗菌性埋入物であって、少なくとも1種の抗菌剤の粒子を含有する埋入物。
- 中空器官、とりわけ人工血管として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の埋入物。
- 平面状埋入物、とりわけパッチとして設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の埋入物。
- 多孔性構造が微孔性構造であり、とりわけ圧力差が1.2kPaのときの空気透過率が5〜500ml/cm2/分、好ましくは10〜200ml/cm2/分のものであることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 合成材料が非吸収性合成材料であることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 合成材料が熱によって可塑化しうる合成材料、とりわけ熱可塑性プラスチックであることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 合成材料が、溶媒に可溶性の合成材料であることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 合成材料が疎水性合成材料であることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 薄壁のものとして設計されており、とりわけ0.1〜2mm、好ましくは0.3〜0.6mmの壁厚みをもつことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 吹付けウェブとして設計されていることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- メルトブローンウェブとして設計されていることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 抗菌剤の粒子が、ウェブ構造の個々の繊維の合成材料中に均一に分散されていることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 抗菌剤の粒子が、埋入物の少なくとも1つの表面で富化・濃縮されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 表面に位置するウェブ構造の繊維が、表面より下に位置する繊維よりも高い抗菌剤粒子濃度を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の埋入物。
- 少なくとも1種の抗菌剤の粒子が50〜100nmの粒度をもつことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 少なくとも1種の抗菌剤の粒子が、抗菌活性をもつ少なくとも1種の金属、とりわけ銀からなることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 少なくとも1種の抗菌剤の粒子の含量が0.1〜10重量%、とりわけ0.2〜5重量%であることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物。
- 先行請求項のいずれかに記載の埋入物を製造する方法であって、生体適合性合成材料を、遅くとも該埋入物の多孔性構造を成形する間、好ましくはその前に、該少なくとも1種の抗菌剤の粒子で処理することを特徴とする方法。
- 少なくとも1種の抗菌剤の粒子を付与された合成材料からなる埋入物を一回の操作で、とりわけ基材への材料塗布によって形成することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
