Description
本発明は、精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の分析のための携帯装置に関する。
更に、精油所プロセスの生成物の迅速な分析もまた望ましい。かかる生成物としては、全精油所プロセスにおける中間体、ビチューメン、その後に化学供給原料として用いられる全精油所プロセスからの生成物、及びその後に燃料又は潤滑剤、或いは燃料又は潤滑剤のための配合成分、並びに燃料(例えば航空燃料、ガソリン燃料、ディーゼル燃料及び船舶燃料)及び潤滑剤それ自体として用いられる全精油所プロセスからの生成物が挙げられる。
(a)精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の沸点プロフィールを測定するための第1の分析機器;及び
(b)それぞれがデータベース及びアルゴリズムを含むか又はそれに結合されており、その少なくとも一つが精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の密度を測定するように構成されており、その少なくとも一つが精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の全酸価(TAN)を測定するように構成されている、少なくとも二つの更なる分析機器;
を含む、精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物を分析するための携帯装置を提供する。
(a)精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の沸点プロフィールを測定することができ、精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物を2以上のフラクションに分離するためのマイクロ分離機器;及び
(b)1以上のフラクションの密度及びTANを測定するための2以上の更なる分析機器;
を含む、精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物を分析するための携帯装置を提供する。
本発明の装置は、少量の、典型的には100ml未満、例えば10ml以下、好ましくは1ml以下の精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物(本明細書において、精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物は「試料」と称することができる)しか必要としない。必要とされる試料が少量であるので、分析を、従来の分析、例えば従来の原油アッセイよりも著しく短い時間で行うことができる。
精油所供給原料は、原油、合成原油(合成石油)、生物成分、中間体成分、例えば残留成分又は分解石油成分、或いは1以上のかかる供給原料のブレンドのような、精製所に供給することのできる任意の好適な供給原料であってよい。
Claims (17)
- (a)精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の沸点プロフィールを測定するための第1の分析機器;及び
(b)それぞれがデータベース及びアルゴリズムを含むか又はそれに結合されており、その少なくとも一つが精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の密度を測定するように構成されており、その少なくとも一つが精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の全酸価を測定するように構成されている、少なくとも二つの更なる分析機器;
を含む、精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物を分析するための携帯装置。 - 第1の分析機器が、(i)マイクロ蒸留又はマイクロ分留機器;(ii)マイクロNIR分光光度計;(iii)マイクロオシレータ機器;及び(iv)マイクロGC;から選択される請求項1に記載の携帯装置。
- 更なる分析機器の少なくとも一つが、1以上の更なる特性に加えて沸点プロフィールを測定することができる分析機器を含む請求項1又は2に記載の携帯装置。
- マイクロ蒸留又はマイクロ分留機器、マイクロNIR分光光度計、マイクロオシレータ機器及びマイクロGCから選択される3以上の分析機器を含む請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の携帯装置。
- 存在する分析機器の少なくとも一つがセンサーである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の携帯装置。
- マイクロ蒸留又はマイクロ分留機器、マイクロNIR分光光度計、マイクロオシレータ機器及びマイクロGCから選択される3以上の分析機器を、振動センサー及び電気化学センサーと共に含む請求項5に記載の携帯装置。
- 硫黄含量を測定するための少なくとも一つの機器、及び/又は金属含量を測定するための少なくとも一つの機器を含む請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の携帯装置。
- 更に以下の特性:全塩基価、任意の低温フロー特性、粘度、リサーチオクタン価、モーター法オクタン価、セタン価、煙点、鉱山局相関指標、屈折率、導電度、窒素含量、及びこれらの組み合わせ;の少なくとも一つを測定することができる請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の携帯装置。
- ステップ(b)での2以上の更なる分析機器が、精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の全体の密度及びTAN及び/又は精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の1以上のフラクションの密度及びTANを測定する請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の携帯装置。
- (a)精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の沸点プロフィールを測定することができ、精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物を2以上のフラクションに分離するためのマイクロ分離機器;及び
(b)1以上のフラクションの密度及びTANを測定するための2以上の更なる分析機器;
を含む請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の携帯装置。 - ステップ(A)のマイクロ分離機器が、ステップ(a)の第1の分析機器であり、マイクロ蒸留又はマイクロ分留機器及びマイクロオシレータ機器から選択される請求項10に記載の携帯装置。
- マイクロ分離機器としてマイクロ蒸留又はマイクロ分留機器を含み、第2の分析機器としてマイクロNIR分光光度計を含む請求項11に記載の携帯装置。
- 手持ち型で、5kg未満、例えば2kg未満の全重量を有する請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の携帯装置。
- 少なくとも5個の異なる分析機器を含む請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の携帯装置。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の携帯装置を用いて精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物を分析することを含む、精油所供給原料又は精油所プロセスの生成物の分析方法。
- 携帯装置から得られた分析データを、好適なデータベースモデルに入力することによって増強する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 原油又は原油のブレンドを分析することを含む請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
