Abstract
a)イソシアネート付加体を純粋なアンモニアと反応させる工程と、
b)工程a)で得られる反応生成物を後処理する工程と、
c)これにより形成されるアミンをイソシアネートの製造に循環させる工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするイソシアネート付加体の後処理方法を提供する。

Description
a)イソシアネート付加体を純粋なアンモニアと反応させる工程と、
b)工程a)で得られる反応生成物を後処理する工程と、
c)これにより形成されるアミンをイソシアネートの製造に循環させる工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするイソシアネート付加体の後処理方法を提供する。
Claims (12)
- イソシアネート付加体の後処理方法であって、
a)イソシアネート付加体を純粋なアンモニアと反応させる工程と、
b)工程a)で得られる反応生成物を後処理する工程と、
c)これにより形成されるアミンをイソシアネートの製造に循環させる工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするイソシアネート付加体の後処理方法。 - アンモニアが超臨界状態又は臨界点近傍で存在するように反応を行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- アンモニアは、開裂されるべき結合に対して、少なくとも等モル量で存在する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応は、100〜500℃の範囲の温度及び100〜500バールの範囲の圧力の条件下で行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアネート付加体は、イソシアネートそれ自体の反応生成物であるか、又はイソシアネートと、イソシアネート基と反応可能な官能基を有する化合物と、の反応生成物である請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアネート付加体は、耐衝撃性又は発泡ポリウレタン、イソシアヌレート、ウレトンイミン、ウレトジオン、カルボジイミド、そして更に、イソシアネートのオリゴマー及びポリマーの反応生成物からなる群から選択される請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアネート付加体は、イソシアネートの調製で得られる液体又は固体の蒸留残留物である請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアネート付加体は、TDIの調製で得られる液体又は固体の蒸留残留物である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固体のイソシアネート付加体は、反応前に粉砕される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固体のイソシアネート付加体は、反応前に、<100mmの粒径に粉砕される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応は、管型反応器、タンク又は撹拌器付きタンクバッテリにおいて行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 遊離TDIは、アンモニアとの反応前に、TDIの調製における蒸留残留物から除去される請求項1に記載の方法。
