Description
Claims (33)
- 第一および第二の少なくとも二種の基材を含む潤滑油であって、
前記第一および第二の基材の間の粘度差は96cSt超(Kv100℃)であり、
FVA54マイクロピッチング試験の不合格負荷8超を示す
ことを特徴とする潤滑油。 - 前記基材のうち少なくとも一種は、粘度10cSt未満、2cSt超(Kv100℃)を有する合成ポリアルファオレフィンであり、
前記第二の基材は、粘度100cSt超、300cSt未満(Kv100℃)を有する合成油である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。 - 前記高粘度基材は、高粘度指数PAO(150cSt、Kv100℃)、粘度100cSt超(Kv100℃)を有する合成潤滑油、粘度100cSt超(Kv100℃)を有するPAOおよびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記第二の低粘度基材は、GTL潤滑油、ワックス誘導潤滑油、ポリアルファオレフィン、ブライトストック、PIBを有するブライトストック、グループII基材、グループIII基材およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。
- 少なくとも一種の添加剤を更に含み、前記添加剤は、耐磨耗剤、酸化防止剤、消泡剤、抗乳化剤、清浄剤、分散剤、金属不活性化剤、摩擦低減剤、防錆剤およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。
- 第三の基材を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記第三の基材は、粘度6cSt(Kv100℃)以上、100cSt以下(Kv100℃)を有するPAO、エステル基材、アルキル化芳香族およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記第一の基材は、粘度100cSt超(Kv100℃)を有し、
前記第二の基材は、粘度6cSt未満を有し、
前記第三の基材は、粘度6cSt以上、100cSt以下(Kv100℃)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の潤滑油。 - 第三および第四の基材を更に含み、
前記第三の基材は、粘度6cSt以上、100cSt未満(Kv100℃)を有するPAOを含み、
前記第四の基材は、アルキル化芳香族基材を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。 - 油によるギヤ保護のための好ましい潤滑油特性を得るように選択される添加剤を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の潤滑油。
- FVA54マイクロピッチング試験の不合格負荷段階10超を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。
- 粘度38cSt超(Kv100℃)および粘度指数161超を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。
- a)少なくとも二種の基材、即ち
b)粘度100cSt超(Kv100℃)を有する合成油を含む第一の基材10%以上、60%以下、および
c)粘度6cSt未満(Kv100℃)を有する油を含む第二の基材5%以上、30%以下
を含む潤滑油であって、
d)前記第一および第二の基材の粘度差は、少なくとも96cSt(Kv100℃)であり、
FVA54マイクロピッチング試験の不合格負荷段階8超を示し、
e)粘度39cSt超(Kv100℃)および粘度指数少なくとも161を有する
ことを特徴とする潤滑油。 - 前記第一の基材は、粘度300cSt未満(Kv100℃)であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記第一の基材は、粘度125cSt(Kv100℃)以上、300cSt未満(Kv100℃)であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記第二の基材は、粘度2cSt超(Kv100℃)を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑油。
- アルキル化芳香族および添加剤パッケージを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記高粘度基材は、高粘度指数PAO(150cSt、Kv100℃)、粘度100cSt超(Kv100℃)を有する合成潤滑油、粘度100cSt超(Kv100℃)を有するPAOおよびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記第二の低粘度基材は、GTL潤滑油、ワックス誘導潤滑油、ポリアルファオレフィン、ブライトストック、PIBを有するブライトストック、グループII基材、グループIII基材およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑油。
- 添加剤を更に含み、前記添加剤は、耐磨耗剤、酸化防止剤、消泡剤、抗乳化剤、清浄剤、分散剤、金属不活性化剤、摩擦低減剤、防錆剤およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑油。
- 油によるギヤ保護のための好ましい潤滑油特性を得るように選択される添加剤を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑油。
- 粘度38cSt超(Kv100℃)および粘度指数165超を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑油。
- FVA54マイクロピッチング試験の不合格負荷段階10超を示すことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の潤滑油。
- a)第一の合成基材潤滑油、即ち粘度100cSt超(Kv100℃)を有する第一の基材を得る工程;
b)第二の合成基材潤滑油、即ち粘度10cSt未満(Kv100℃)を有する第二の基材潤滑油を得る工程;および
c)第一および第二の基材潤滑油を混合して、潤滑油を製造する工程であって、前記潤滑油は、FVA54マイクロピッチング試験の不合格負荷段階8超を示す工程
を含むことを特徴とする潤滑油の混合方法。 - 第三の基材を得る工程であって、前記第三の基材は粘度6cSt超(Kv100℃)および100cSt未満(Kv100℃)を有する工程;および
前記第三の基材潤滑油を、前記第一および第二の基材潤滑油と混合して、潤滑油を生じる工程
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。 - 第四の基材を得る工程であって、前記第四の基材はアルキル化芳香族基材を含む工程;および
前記第四の基材を前記第一、第二および第三の基材と混合して、潤滑油を製造する工程
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。 - 添加剤を前記潤滑油へ添加して、前記潤滑油の好ましいギヤ油特性を達成する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記高粘度基材は、高粘度指数PAO 150(150cSt、Kv100℃)、粘度100cSt超(Kv100℃)を有する合成潤滑油、粘度100cSt超(Kv100℃)を有するPAOおよびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の低粘度基材は、GTL潤滑油、ワックス誘導潤滑油、ポリアルファオレフィン、ブライトストック、PIBを有するブライトストック、グループII基材、グループIII基材、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。

- 前記潤滑油は、FVA54マイクロピッチング試験の不合格負荷段階10超を示すことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
- a)少なくとも二種の基材、即ち粘度100cSt超(Kv100℃)を有する合成油を含む第一の基材10%以上、60%以下、および粘度10cSt未満(Kv100℃)を有する油を含む第二の基材5%以上、30%以下を含む潤滑油を得る工程であって、前記潤滑油は、FVA54マイクロピッチング試験の不合格負荷段階8超を示す工程;および
b)少なくとも一種のギヤを、前記潤滑油で潤滑する工程
を含むことを特徴とする好ましいマイクロピッチング防止性の達成方法。
