Claims (13)
- 偏晶アルミニウム滑り軸受合金であって、5ないし20重量%のビスマスと、3ないし20重量%の亜鉛と、1ないし4重量%の銅と、さらにマンガン、バナジウム、ニオブ、ニッケル、モリブデン、コバルト、鉄、タングステン、クロム、銀、カルシウム、スカンジウム、セリウム、ベリリウム、アンチモン、ホウ素、チタン、炭素およびジルコニウムのうち1以上の成分を合計で5重量%以下と、合金を100重量%にするアルミニウムとを含む偏晶アルミニウム滑り軸受合金。
- 合金が7〜12重量%のビスマスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の偏晶アルミニウム滑り軸受合金。
- 合金が3〜6重量%の亜鉛を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の偏晶アルミニウム滑り軸受合金。
- 合金が2〜4重量%、特に2〜3重量%の銅を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の1項に記載の偏晶アルミニウム滑り軸受合金。
- 合金が2重量%以下のAl−Ti−BまたはAl−Ti−Cの結晶微細化剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4の1項に記載の偏晶アルミニウム滑り軸受合金。
- 請求項1ないし5の1項に記載の組成物を用いてアルミニウム滑り軸受合金を製造する方法であって、冷却速度が5ないし1000K/sである鋳造工程で合金化成分を結合させて合金を形成することを特徴とする方法。
- 引き抜き速度が2ないし15mm/sであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 鋳造工程として連続鋳造工程を使用することを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 半完成品の調製のために、合金は少なくとも1つの支持層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項6ないし8の1項に記載の方法。
- 後の形成工程の途中で270〜400℃の温度で少なくとも1つの熱処理を合金に実施することを特徴とする請求項6ないし9の1項に記載の方法。
- 熱処理を圧延および/または圧延被覆操作の後に行うことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし5の1項に記載の合金をそれに用いられる材料の1つとして含むかまたはこの合金からなる滑り軸受シェル。
- 請求項11に記載のシェルを備えた滑り軸受。
