基板A,B,Cがこの順に一列に配列され、
基板D,E,Fがこの順に、且つ基板Dが基板Aに隣接し、基板Eが基板Bに隣接し、基板Fが基板Cに隣接するように配列されており、
前記均熱シート材により、基板A,B同士、基板B,C同士、基板D,E同士、及び基板E,F同士が連結され、基板A,D同士、基板C,F同士及び基板B,E同士は非連結とされており、
