Abstract
【解決手段】矯正用接着剤は、硬化性樹脂モノマー成分と、四元硬化開始剤系と、充填剤とを含む。少なくとも10、12、14または20のW/C比(作用時間対硬化時間比)を有する別の矯正用接着剤は、硬化性樹脂モノマー成分と、硬化開始剤系と、充填剤とを含む。接着剤は、光硬化に好適であり、着色剤を含むことができる。好適な着色剤は、可逆的熱変色性染料を含む。接着剤は、樹脂強靱化成分を含むこともできる。

Description
・RBは、上記のOrmco Royal Blue光源である。
・501は、Demetron Optilux 501ハロゲン歯科用硬化光源を指し、典型的な出力が300〜550nmの領域にある現在利用可能なコード付ハロゲン硬化光源の大多数を代表する。
・LEDemetronデータは、いずれも一般には効率的なCQ二元/三元硬化に向けられる同一の452nm波長LEDを使用するため現在利用可能な市販のLED歯科用硬化光源の大多数を代表する。
値は、ポンドの力、ibf(MPa)で示される。
Claims (34)
- 硬化性樹脂モノマー成分と、
四元硬化開始剤系と、
充填剤と
を含む矯正用接着剤。 - 着色剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 樹脂強靱化成分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記硬化性樹脂モノマー成分が、2つ以上の異なる硬化性樹脂モノマーを含む、請求項1に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記四元硬化開始剤系が、少なくとも2つの増感物質を含む、請求項1に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記増感物質の1つがカンファーキノンである、請求項5に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記増感物質の1つがフェニルホスフィンオキシドである、請求項5に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記樹脂強靱化成分がメタクリル化ウレタン樹脂である、請求項3に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記樹脂強靱化成分がアクリル末端ポリウレタンである、請求項8に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記硬化性樹脂モノマー成分が、ジメタクリル酸ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル、ジメタクリル酸エトキシ化ビスフェノールA、トリアクリル酸エトキシ化トリメチロプロパン、ジメタクリル酸ピロメリット酸グリコール、ジメタクリル酸トリエチレングリコール、メタクリル酸グリシジルおよびジメタクリル酸グリセロールのうちの少なくとも2種を含む、請求項4に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記着色剤が、少なくとも1つの可逆的染料を含む、請求項2に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記可逆的染料が熱変色性である、請求項11に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記可逆的熱変色性染料が、その透明化温度未満では容易に認識できる歯と異なる色であり、体温では全体的に歯の色である、請求項12に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記矯正用接着剤が光硬化性である、請求項1に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- ジメタクリル酸ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル、ジメタクリル酸エトキシ化ビスフェノールA、トリアクリル酸エトキシ化トリメチロプロパン、ジメタクリル酸ピロメリット酸グリコール、ジメタクリル酸トリエチレングリコール、メタクリル酸グリシジルおよびジメタクリル酸グリセロールのうちの少なくとも2種を含む硬化性樹脂モノマー成分と、
2つの増感物質を含む四元硬化開始剤系と、
可逆的熱変色性染料と、
充填剤と
を含む光硬化性矯正用接着剤。 - W/C比が少なくとも10の矯正用接着剤であって、
硬化性樹脂モノマー成分と、
硬化開始剤系と、
充填剤と
を含む矯正用接着剤。 - W/C比が少なくとも12である、請求項16に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- W/C比が少なくとも14である、請求項16に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- W/C比が少なくとも20である、請求項16に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記硬化性樹脂モノマー成分が、ジメタクリル酸ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル、ジメタクリル酸エトキシ化ビスフェノールA、トリアクリル酸エトキシ化トリメチロプロパン、ジメタクリル酸ピロメリット酸グリコール、ジメタクリル酸トリエチレングリコール、メタクリル酸グリシジルおよびジメタクリル酸グリセロールのうちの少なくとも2種を含む、請求項16に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記硬化開始剤系が四元系である、請求項16に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記四元硬化開始剤系が少なくとも2つの増感物質を含む、請求項21に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記増感物質の1つがカンファーキノンである、請求項22に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記増感物質の1つがフェニルホスフィンオキシドである、請求項22に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 樹脂強靱化成分をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記樹脂強靱化成分がメタクリル化ウレタン樹脂である、請求項25に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記樹脂強靱化成分がアクリル末端ポリウレタンである、請求項26に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 着色剤をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記着色剤が少なくとも1つの可逆的染料を含む、請求項28に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記可逆的染料が熱変色性である、請求項29に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記可逆的熱変色性染料は、その透明化温度未満では容易に認識できる歯と異なる色であり、体温では全体的に歯の色である、請求項30に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- 前記矯正用接着剤が光硬化性である、請求項16に記載の矯正用接着剤。
- W/C比が少なくとも10の光硬化性矯正用接着剤であって、
ジメタクリル酸ビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル、ジメタクリル酸エトキシ化ビスフェノールA、トリアクリル酸エトキシ化トリメチロプロパン、ジメタクリル酸ピロメリット酸グリコール、ジメタクリル酸トリエチレングリコール、メタクリル酸グリシジルおよびジメタクリル酸グリセロールのうちの少なくとも2種を含む硬化性樹脂モノマー成分と、
2つの増感物質を含む硬化開始剤系と、
可逆的熱変色性染料と、
充填剤と
