Abstract
【解決手段】液晶を挟持する基板5,6を有する液晶パネル2と、基板5上の外面側に配置された透明導電膜41と、透明導電膜41とACF46を介して電気的に接続される第1のヒータ電極42を有する第1のヒータ用可撓性基板44とを有し、第1のヒータ電極42は、第1のヒータ用可撓性基板44より平面形状が狭い範囲に形成され、第1のヒータ用可撓性基板44は第1のヒータ用可撓性基板44の側面側に形成された貫通口44aを有し、ACF46は貫通口44aにも充填されている。従って、貫通口44aに流入したACF46により透明導電膜41と第1のヒータ用可撓性基板44とを確実に接着することができる。

Description
本発明の一の形態によれば、前記電極の前記凹状部の開口方向に前記基材の前記貫通口が設けられていることを特徴とする。
Claims (8)
- 電気光学物質を挟持する第1及び第2の基板を有する電気光学パネルと、
前記第1又は第2の基板上の外面側に配置された透明導電膜と、
前記透明導電膜と接着材を介して電気的に接続される電極を有する基材と、を有し、
前記電極は、前記基材と平面形状が同じか狭い範囲に形成され、
前記基材は該基材の辺に沿って形成された凹状部または貫通口を有し、
前記接着材は前記基材の前記凹状部または前記貫通口にも充填されていることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 前記電極は該電極の外縁に形成された凹状部を有し、
前記接着材は前記電極の前記凹状部にも充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気光学装置。 - 前記電極の側面は、前記接着材により被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気光学装置。
- 前記貫通口は、前記電極と重ならない位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置。
- 前記電極の前記凹状部と、前記基材の前記凹状部とが平面的に重なって設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気光学装置。
- 前記電極の前記凹状部の開口方向に前記基材の前記貫通口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気光学装置。
- 前記接着材は、異方性導電膜であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置を備えたことを特徴とする電子機器。
