Abstract
【解決手段】本方法は、パイプの最大半径Rの地点における回転軸からのパイプの最大および最小内部半径RmaxおよびRminを決定するステップと、パイプに入る材料の速度Vpを連続的に測定するステップと、材料の速度VPが、最大および最小内部半径におけるパイプの回転速度VmaxおよびVminを上限および下限とする範囲内に含まれるように、レイングパイプの回転速度を制御するステップと、を含む。

Claims (4)
- 回転自在に駆動される曲線状のレイングパイプであって、このレイングパイプを通って軸方向に移動する材料が螺旋状に成形されたリングとして前記パイプの放出端から送り出されるように向けられるレイングパイプの速度を制御する方法であって、
前記パイプの回転軸から測定して、前記パイプの最大半径の位置における前記パイプの最大および最小内部半径RmaxおよびRminを決定するステップと、
前記レイングパイプに入る前記材料の速度Vpを連続的に測定するステップと、
前記材料の速度Vpが、前記最大および最小内部半径における前記パイプの回転速度VmaxおよびVminを上限および下限とする範囲内に含まれるように、前記レイングパイプの回転速度を制御するステップと、
を含むことを特徴する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、Vmaxと、Vminと、Vpとを視覚的に表示するステップをさらに有する方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記レイングパイプの速度が手動で制御されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記レイングパイプの速度が自動で制御されることを特徴とする方法。
