Abstract
【解決手段】内部に被加熱物を収容し、ヒートポンプの循環冷媒によって被加熱物を加熱する加熱タンク、例えば、ヒートポンプの循環冷媒により加熱され、内部に温水を生成する貯湯タンク1であって、タンク本体2の壁面が、二枚の金属板5、6の周縁部及びその内方を部分的に固着し、非固着部分を膨出することで入口7A及び出口7B以外が閉じた冷媒の通路7とされた熱交換器により構成されている。また、一方の金属板5の厚さ寸法を他方の金属板6よりも大きくし、一方の金属板5を内側に配置した。

Claims (8)
- 内部に被加熱物を収容し、ヒートポンプの循環冷媒によって前記被加熱物を加熱する加熱タンクであって、壁面が、二枚の金属板の周縁部及びその内方を部分的に固着し、非固着部分を膨出することで入口及び出口以外が閉じた前記冷媒の通路とされた熱交換器により構成されていることを特徴とする加熱タンク。
- 一方の前記金属板の厚さ寸法を他方の前記金属板よりも大きくし、前記一方の金属板を内側に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱タンク。
- 前記熱交換器は円筒状を成し、タンク本体を構成することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の加熱タンク。
- 前記タンク本体の内側に間隔を存して円筒状の仕切板を同心状に配置したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の加熱タンク。
- ヒートポンプの循環冷媒により加熱され、内部に温水を生成する貯湯タンクであって、 内部に設けられた熱交換器を備え、該熱交換器は二枚の金属板から成り、両金属板は周縁部及びその内方が部分的に固着され、非固着部分が膨出されて入口及び出口以外が閉じた前記冷媒の通路とされていることを特徴とする貯湯タンク。
- 円筒状のタンク本体を備え、前記熱交換器は円筒状を成し、前記タンク本体と同心状に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の貯湯タンク。
- 前記熱交換器の内側面に断熱材を設けたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の貯湯タンク。
- 複数の前記熱交換器を同心状に配置したことを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7に記載の貯湯タンク。
