Abstract
【解決手段】 素線30が芯材32と該芯材32を被覆しかつ前記芯材32の被覆層34を構成する金属よりも融点の低い鍍金層33とを備えている。金属板31は母材36と母材36の外表面上に積層されかつ母材36を構成する金属よりも融点の低い表面層37とを備えている。素線30と金属板31を一対の電極間に挟んで溶接電流を通電して発熱させて鍍金層33及び表面層37を溶融させることで芯材32の被覆層34と金属板31の母材36とを互いに溶接する。芯材32の被覆層34と金属板31の母材36とが互いに金属間化合物を形成しない金属で構成されている

Claims (3)
- 一対の電極間に二つの溶接対象物を挟んでこれらを互いに近づける方向に加圧した状態で前記一対の電極間に溶接電流を通電して前記溶接対象物の互いに接触する接触面を発熱させて、前記二つの溶接対象物同士を溶接する抵抗溶接方法において、
一方の溶接対象物が、芯材と、該芯材を被覆しかつ前記芯材の外表面を構成する金属よりも融点の低い鍍金層とを備え、
二つの溶接対象物を前記一対の電極間に挟んで前記接触面を発熱させて、前記鍍金層を溶融させることで、前記芯材の外表面と他方の溶接対象物の母材とを互いに溶接するとともに、
前記芯材の少なくとも外表面と前記他方の溶接対象物の前記母材とが互いに金属間化合物を形成しない金属で構成されていることを特徴とする抵抗溶接方法。 - 前記芯材は、芯線と、前記芯線を被覆するとともに前記外表面としての被覆層と、を備え、前記芯線が前記被覆層よりも融点の高い材料で構成され、
前記被覆層が、前記他方の溶接対象物の前記母材と金属間化合物を形成しない金属で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の抵抗溶接方法。 - 一対の電極間に二つの溶接対象物を挟んでこれらを互いに近づける方向に加圧した状態で前記一対の電極間に溶接電流を通電して前記溶接対象物の互いに接触する接触面を発熱させて、前記二つの溶接対象物同士を抵抗溶接されることで組み立てられる導体ユニットにおいて、
一方の溶接対象物が、芯材と、該芯材を被覆しかつ前記芯材の外表面を構成する金属よりも融点の低い鍍金層とを備え、
前記一方の溶接対象物の芯材の外表面と他方の溶接対象物の母材との間から前記鍍金層が除去されて、前記芯材の外表面と前記他方の溶接対象物の前記母材とが互いに溶接しているとともに、
前記芯材の少なくとも外表面と前記他方の溶接対象物の前記母材とが互いに金属間化合物を形成しない金属で構成されていることを特徴とする導体ユニット。
