Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池に供給排出される反応ガスの供給排出配管2に設けられ、配管2内の反応ガスの圧力を測定する圧力センサ1であって、ネジが切られ配管2の管壁3と係合する係合部5と、配管2の反応ガス流路4に面し、変位することで配管2内の圧力を検知する圧力検知部6と、圧力検知部6に設けられ圧力検知部6の変位を測定する変位センサ7と、係合部5と圧力検知部6とを配管2の反応ガス流路4と流通する緩衝層14を挟んで接続し、圧力センサ1が配管2に係合される際に、ネジのトルクにより発生する応力に対して変形することで圧力検知部1に発生する異常な変位を吸収する緩衝部8と、を備える。

Claims (3)
- 燃料電池に供給排出される反応ガスの供給排出配管に設けられ、配管内の反応ガスの圧力を測定する圧力センサであって、
ネジが切られ配管の管壁と係合する係合部と、
配管の反応ガス流路に面し、変位することで配管内の圧力を検知する圧力検知部と、
圧力検知部に設けられ、圧力検知部の変位を測定する変位センサと、
係合部と圧力検知部とを配管の反応ガス流路と流通する緩衝層を挟んで接続し、圧力センサが配管に係合される際に、ネジのトルクにより発生する応力に対して変形することで圧力検知部に発生する異常な変位を吸収する緩衝部と、
を備えることを特徴とする圧力センサ。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力センサにおいて、緩衝部は、一端で圧力検知部と接続し、反応ガス配管と略直行する筒状の内側緩衝部と、一端で係合部と接続し、反応ガス配管と略直行する筒状の外側緩衝部と、内側緩衝部及び外側緩衝部の他端端部と接続する端部底板とから成り、内側緩衝部と外側緩衝部と端部底板とにより緩衝層が形成されることを特徴とする圧力センサ。
- 請求項2に記載の圧力センサにおいて、内側緩衝部及び外側緩衝部は円筒形状であり、端部底板は環状であることを特徴とする圧力センサ。
