Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の低抵抗配線を有する液晶ディスプレイパネルは、第1基板に互いに交差して形成されている多数個のデータ線及びゲート線を有しており、データ線及びゲート線のうちの少なくとも一方は、Cuと、Cuよりも金属酸化物形成エネルギーが高い非Cu金属との合金であって、非Cu金属の含有率が0.001〜0.1%であるものから形成されていることを特徴としている。

Claims (2)
- 基板上に互いに交差して形成されている多数個のデータ線及びゲート線を有する液晶ディスプレイパネルにおいて、
前記データ線及び前記ゲート線のうちの少なくとも一方は、Cuと、前記Cuよりも金属酸化物形成エネルギーが高い非Cu金属との合金からなり、前記非Cu金属の含有率が0.001〜0.1%である液晶ディスプレイパネル。 - 前記非Cu金属が、Ti,Cr,Ta,Mo,In,Sn,Alのグループから選択された一つ又は複数の組合せである請求項1記載の液晶ディスプレイパネル。
